Phelps have amazing staff and children and also teens. I love everyone in that park I felt very welcome when I came in as a new member. I would like to recognize Mr. Mark Graves who is the Executive Director, he helped me numerous times. I would like to recognize Jeff who I could talk to about anything and everything, and he would listen and tell what to do. He never told me something that I thought wasnt true or hurtful. He was always honest with me each and everyday that I went to Phelps and I think of him like my Dad and a brother because of how we relate to each other. . Also I would like to recognize Tone, for being that one hilarious, person that everyone needs in their life to have a good laugh every once and awhile. Also Tony, because he played games with the teens, and with the pre-teens. Tony has helped me be able to laugh more. And Ms. Kim I thank you for being at the desk every morning and having a full blown conversation with me and letting me ramble on and on. Thank you very much Phelps Park Staff. Sincerely, LaMerria

There are a lot of kids here trying to enjoy themselves. The small childrens slide has a hole in it with tape and a board at the top of the slide. Dont these children deserve to have functional equipment in a proper amount of time? Its been like this for a month or so already. If it were in a different neighborhood I bet it would have been fixed already. The pool here doesnt get chemicals like its supposed to either. How can it be open without being tended to?

Great inner city park for the kids to play. You can tell that this park is the center of the community there.

Nice park. Once in a while they do some cool event, and teach young kids football and all sorts of stuff
