HORRIBLE experience. The General Manager JORDAN LEE was beyond rude, disrespectful and even shut down the place an hour and a half early. A friend and I wanted to play unlimited laser tag. We played one game then I went and got a beverage. We came back to play some more laser tag and the doors were closed so we assumed there was a game in session. I played some games and heard some screams/yells so I went running in panic. Two guys were swinging and getting into each others faces and no one was doing anything about it. I stepped in (21 year skinny female) and said "please, you dont need to do this just walk away, please leave it." And he looked me in the eyes, said thank you so much you saved me. I stepped out of the way thinking it was under control because he looked me in the eyes and I truly believed him he attacked the other man so I yelled to everybody around me for a phone and not even an ARCADE employee stepped in to help or grab a phone just turned away. I got ahold of the police and after the arresting was done the GENERAL MANAGER came out and said get them off our property we want nothing to do with this. Upset, I go back inside and try to get another game in of laser tag meaning I only played one and paid $10 for unlimited. They closed the bar, the arcade, the bowling. ALL BEFORE 11!! I asked the general manager politely for a refund or another wrist band for the future meaning I had to deal with what they wouldnt do. She laughed in my face and said "no you had your game you need to leave now". Remind you; closing time is 12, this was 11:30 when I asked her. Wasnt asking to play, just a refund or another wristband for the future. There were 4 other people at the bar and my friend and i hoped shed give us some type of respect, she told us that "there isnt enough customers to keep open"... as me and my friend paid for these wristbands and ppl were waiting for drinks? Disgrace of a place, disgusting/disrespectful employees. Will not EVER be back or suggest it to ABSOLUTELY everyone I know.

This place was a disaster. Me, my wife, and 3 kids planned to bowl, eat, and play games. We started bowling and ordered food. The place only had 6 lanes running, and the food took almost an hour...to then be delivered to the wrong lane. The people actually started eating it too! So then they resubmitted our order, but I said I would pick it up this time instead of having it delivered to a lane. 30 minutes later I checked the kitchen and they didnt have an order for us! On top of that, the "cool" was really rude, like I was a major bother keeping her from what ever else she was doing, even though that wasnt cooking anything. I told them to forget it. Then when I went to check out there was a group in front of me planning a party. I waited in line for 20 minutes before a manager came up to help the person. The line was now 8 deep and the manager walked away with an open register right there to help us all. 10 minutes later the manager came over to help the kid again and again he walked away without helping anyone. It took me 45 minutes to pay for this miserable experience. They tried to charge me for the food they have to the other table, but they finally took that off. What a joke. I would never recommend this location to anyone unless management and staff are all changed.

Took my kids bowling on a Saturday night. Bowling was good. Kids had fun. SERVICE WAS UTTERLY HORRIFIC!!!!!! Stepped up to the counter and the girl behind the counter didnt greet us or even look us in the eye. She made us very uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience in her life. Went to the arcade after and the guy behind that counter was equally rude!!!! We paid $20 for a game card and every game the kids tried to play, they had to swipe twice, so it sucked all our $ from the get go!! Went to cash in our tickets and the same guy didnt even acknowledge that we were standing there and continued his conversation with the two other employees behind the counter!!! I will never return to this place ever again!!! Its not that its in a bad part of the city, but more that the people "kids" who work here have the shittiest customer service!!! Whoever is training these employees should really take a look at what theyre doing because theyre obviously idiots!!! If I could give them a negative I would!!!!

This place may look like a good time, but in all actuality, its a disaster! My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday night expecting it to be busy and we had no problem waiting the 15 to 20 minutes we were quoted to bowl, however, after waiting about 50 minutes with a pager that still hadnt gone off we found out that they had forgotten to put us in the computer system!! There were no apologies from the staff let alone any sort of compensation. When they finally did put us on a lane it wasnt even turned on!! We had to wait even longer just to get someone to turn the lane on. Listen, I understand that its going to be busy on a Friday night, but with appropriate staffing and a little bit of customer service or even common sense issues like this can easily be eliminated. You would have to be a complete moron not to at least apoligize to someone who gave you thier hard earned money to pay your paycheck! Id rather lose my money in a pyramid scheme than give any of it to this facility ever again!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Children running in front of our table, in front of our bowling lane, & knocking into us. The staff did anything to stop this. We finished bowling at 10:45pm & kids were still there. 5 year old children should not be allowed to be in an establishment (especially one that serves alcohol) past 10pm on a Friday night. We went to play laser tag. The staff motioned to where the equipment was on the wall and walked away--no training on the equipment or the rules. It was 11:30pm & the laser tag playing area was filled with unsupervised children under the age of 12. Apparently curfew laws do not apply to here. The referee was rude and inappropriate. He also made fraudulent accusations regarding me and my friends. We asked to talk to a manager. The staff did nothing to rectify the situation. I am completely offended by how dishonest & rude the staff were. Me & my friends will never go back.

This bowling alley is way too crowded and very noisy. I tried to reserve two lanes at a certain time and they didnt. Had to wait to get my lanes I so called reserved. One of the employees had the nerve to tell me I wasnt bowling the right way. Well its none of his business Ill bowl however way Im comfortable with as long as I dont cross the foul line. I went on veterans night and it was supposed to be 50 cents a game nope I ended up paying full price. Not only that the prices are too high. There are a lot of shady that come in the bowling alley hang and loiter. One of them was helping himself to my appetizers I ordered while I was bowling. I didnt appreciate that. Not the best experience Ill go elsewhere too over priced and too many rude people.
