i think people who are rating it a great course are either paid to do it or work there. first off, the range balls cost $4 a piece and you get about 20 of them in a small bag. i know what youre thinking, thats not bad. in the bag though are a mix that they pull from the water hazards because theyre too cheap to buy real range balls. in the bag you will usually find about 3-4 cracked balls along with some moliter and spalding balls where the dimples are completely worn off. they dont upkeep the course at all, no scenery, and the greens are burnt because they dont want to spend the money to water them. lastly, they refused to give me a rain check when it started to downpour after only 2 holes played, theyre excuse was that i should have known it was going to rain. not making that up. oh, and one of the more expensive courses in the area ranging from $55-$70. for that money youre better off going to the leelanau club which is gorgeous, or just go to champion hill, crown, or any other course nearby.

We played Sunday May 22, 2016, cost $51 for 18 holes w/cart. What a disappointment! We played the red and the white courses. The red was a little better shape than the white however all of the fairways are dirt and weeds very little grass to be found. The greens are brown, hard and dry, it appeared that they were not properly topped dressed and won’t hold a putt. The white course it shouldn’t even be open. The red tee-boxes are an insult, some no more than an 8 foot circle in a bed of weeds. Number 7 is under construction no real tee-box to be found. We finished playing around 2 restaurant bar and deck closed. $30 is all it is worth even less if you are put on the white course.

Very poor shape. Looks like its on the verge of closing. Too expensive for dirt and weed fairways. Greens are just slightly better than tees. And the tees were terrible! Too bad. Was much better shape years ago. If they have a maintenance crew, they need to be fired!!! Staff in pro shop was very friendly. Bars and restaurants closed. Hope they make it!

Played 18 holes yesterday with my brother. I must say this is one of the best golf courses Ive played. Greens are fast though! Not a complaint at all, I loved it. Great service from the staff too!

We played the par 3 and it was terrible! Astro-turf tee boxes, 6" diameter holes and the greens are not keep up at all! Bay Meadows is 10x better they actually care

I love this place. Three beautiful nine hole tracks that challenge every level of golfer. Also the truest greens in the state.
