I used to fly kites there when I lived there, and later when I visited. And there was an annual kite festival there (that I never made it to). Nice breeze because its a high plateau (decommissioned garbage dump). Havent been there for maybe 7 years, and they were nurturing trees that were gradually ruining the kite flying. I love trees, but they shouldnt get ALL the parks. . .

Great place for kids and exercise walking. Beautiful views. Downside is a lot of people leave their dogs off leash even though there are signs posted everywhere that they must be on leash. The city could do better ensuring peoples safety. And pet owners could be more mindful.

Beautiful! Great for trekking, picnics, kayaking, families... The view ia amazing, there is parking and a small recreational place for kids, but there are also a lot of free space for outdoor activities and soccer field.

Great park. I take my son here to fly kites and play soccer. Good amount of parking(unless there are soccer leagues going). Nice breeze and views. The playgrounds are pretty nice as well.

Beautiful views of nature and city since you are elevated. Great playgrounds for kids and huge green space and walking trails. Watch out for the Beavers near the Charles River.

Great place to walk and walk your dog off leash. The problem is that other dog owners feel the same way and some are less responsible for their beasts behavior.
