I have had care at both the Quincy and Taunton sites. On both occasions the customer service was beyond reproach. There was no delay with my appointment. The medical assistants at both sites were very nice, informative and helpful. My first visit was in Quincy and I saw Dr. Sofia Chu, and even though she knew that I was not going to pursue care there she was very attentive. She assisted me as though I were going to be her permanent patient, she was efficient and informative. My primary care physician is Jennifer Sabir, who is amazing. She is helping me with healthcare issues Ive had for decades. I will be a patient of Manet & Dr. Sabir for as long as they will have me.

The woman who wrote a 5 star review is a fake person im sure. The nurses that call you back are rude and heartless, the wait time is not long for appts probably because everyone else stopped going here.. We are changing drs after hipaa was violated by a nurse who kept me in the dark about my child
