Three years in a row now for my childrens dance competition the MassMutual Center has not allowed any outside food or drink. For a sporting event in an arena that can be understood, robbery all the same, but understood and is the same rule everywhere. But when guys and girls as the performers can not bring in their own drinks or healthy snack options as they perform multiple dances in a row; that is dangerous therefore wrong and should be easily identified as such by any decent person regardless of "business". When money making goes seriously wrong!?! Never coming back, and for any business person out there, these type of rules never pay in the long run. 3 dollars for a small (12 oz) water is insulting, even the big amusement parks know better; at least you get 20 oz for three bucks at those places.

could be set up a little better. went there friday night the 10th to watch game and they had a promo for meeting Rick Flair . was supposed to meet him at 0705pm and he didnt get to where we were to meet himuntil after 0830pm. missed half the game and payed for priority meet and waited until the VIP meet & greet was done . I wasnt able to purchase the VIP due to being sold out so i bought next best package . overall wasnt totally lost had fun standing in line with great people and finally getting to Mr . Flair who didnt say anything just signed a picture and that was it ....WOW thank you mr. flair for being so personable . Never again ...

Gave three stars even though the venue is nice. They sell water bottles and then make you carry them with no cap. Literally the stupidest rule in the history of concert venues. Sorry, not sorry I spilled it all over the floor. Change your stupid rules, and maybe next time turn the lights down before half way through the headlining act. Louis still killed it though which made up for it.

Terrible getting into the building for the amy Schumer show. Crazy long food and alcohol lines. And my "supreme" nachos didnt even get the cheese they were supposed to have...just soggy beef, salsa, sour cream, and way too many jalapeño chips. Ladies bathroom was nasty as well. Parking was that bad and was right across the street.

No parking. Totally unprepared for crowd, though it is a stadium. electronic tickets were not allowed so the lines at will-call were abysmal. Extra stars for good comedy acts and wonderful staff. Everyone from ticket agents to security to concessions was very kind and helpful in the midst of the pressure.

The parking lot is the worst to get in and out of. If you are going to a large event here, its easier to use the parking lots surrounding the area that offer $5-10 parking. The lot charged $12, and the line was so long entering, it took 30 minutes to park, so we were late.

An absolutely amazing place to see anything the staff is always courteous and theres not a bad seat in the entire building it must if in the Springfield area to go see the show a basketball event or hockey game and if the WWE is coming to town make sure you go

Home of the Springfield Armor NBA D-League team and Springfield Falcons AHL team. Its a great mid-sized arena without a bad seat in the house. I havent seen the convention facilities but the arena worked well for both sports and concerts.

Springfields hockey rink for the new Thunderbirds. Good seating throughout, plenty of restrooms, concessions prices are typical of a sports venue. Lots of parking nearby with some garages allowing free parking with a hockey ticket.

Attended a bottle show in the Expo center. Big hall and good acoustics (quiet). The floor is concrete, for this use carpet would be better. Consessions in the same room. The hamburger and fries were quite good!
