At first glance this hotel is BEAUTIFUL, welcoming, clean, with wonderful staff. Had a Cobb salad for dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious, as was my friends dinner of chicken broccoli alfredo. Everything was fresh, no icky lettuce in my salad, no spots on the avocado, and the alfredo sauce was from scratch with thinly sliced parm on top. Service was excellent. The room was clean and crisp, smelled great, no weird stains anywhere and the A/C worked well. Bathroom was spotless, no mildew or discoloration anywhere. One small hair in the bathtub but not anything I cant look past. So, 5 stars! GJ Hilton! Except... - 1 star: "adjustable" bed was broken, causing a 6 inch dip in the center of 1 of 2 mattresses. Caused enough back pain to my friend we had to move rooms at 1am because she couldnt sleep. - 1 star: the room they tried to put us in ALREADY HAD SOMEBODY IN IT. I was so embarassed. - 1 star: it is now 1:30am and the mechanic is conversing with the main desk over a walkie talkie on its loudest setting. Rude to the other guests. They proposed 3 different rooms, the night clerk saying "something is definitely going wrong with this place" because apparently the room issue happens a lot. After a few minutes of standing in the hallway outside the room of the poor people we woke up we got settled into a room on the 3rd floor. Yay, sleep! - 1 star: it this room BOTH beds were broken. At this point were both tired enough to cry so we just deal with it. My friend moved to the floor because her back hurt so much. TLDR: Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. If you need a place to actually sleep, go somewhere else.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Devens quite a bit over the last four years. The customer service has always been and continues to be exceptional. The comfort of the rooms and beds is very good. The towels are plush. The rooms are starting to need some maintenance. The door to the room was difficult to open and sometimes didnt close completely. This was more of a fit and finish issue than a security problem. The seal strip on the shower was broken and needed to be replaced. These were the only real room issues. The restaurant was convenient and the service quite good. The breakfast was good but the bacon and sausages seemed bit too oily. The one dinner iate at the hotel was okay. Overall, the hotel is a very good value and provides an excellent place to stay in the Devens area.

The hotel has a very nice facade and entry way. What was unappealling to me, was the weird smell when first entering the hotel. Also, the pool water was cloudy, and I felt that it had way too much chlorine in it. It was so much that my eyes started burning just by entering the pool area. Also, the room were okay. The only thing I would mention is the fact that some parts of the room were damaged. For example, you can see where the patch work wasnt really, well, working. The door was broken as well. I would have to kick the door shut. The front staff and maintenance crew were very friendly and helpful.

Was suppose to be a special night, had a King Suite booked, got our keys and got to our room and it was two queen beds.. Upon telling the front desk associate about our problem she insisted that all rooms were full and theres no refund but she would talk to her manager and offered us free breakfast. Terrible service, terrible experience, no contact with any managers, room wasnt even completely clean. This has changed my perception of Hilton Hotels forever. Thanks for stealing $180 and what was suppose to be a special night and not even giving the breakfast you offered in the morning.

I went to eat at the grill on Feb 18 and had a good experience I even left a generous tip when I checked my credit card statement it showed I was charged an additional $10.00 I even checked my receipt to make sure I didnt make a mistake but I didnt. Im asking to have this rectified immediately. I dont know who finalizes the transaction but when someone leaves a generous tip you dont just take a bit more.

A small group of us went out for drinks and appetizers after work. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. The beer selection included a modest yet good selection that had just enough choices to satisfy almost any beer drinker. They also had a good selection of wines and cocktails. It was a much quieter choice than the other bar across the way. I would go there again.

I have been traveling to this hotel for the last 2 years this is a wonderful place to stay.The staff is outstanding.There is one staff member that stands out to me John Carlson the night clerk this gentleman has went above and beyond to help with all my needs to make my stay pleasurable there are no words to Thank him.

Did not stay at the hotel but was there for a wedding after party. The hotel was beautiful but unfortunately there was a mistake and the hotel gave away the bridal suite that the bride and groom had booked. Not sure if I would trust them for such an important event for myself

I was at a wedding here and the staff was incredibly rude and it would seem not equipped to handle a wedding. To give an example, they didnt serve cake to half of my table and when we made our server aware she rolled her eyes at me and said that they ran out.

Nice hotel but too pricey. It has all the amenities that youd want with the restaurant, gym, pool and business center. Rooms are clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Quiet area with a few places to grab a bite around.

We used Hilton Garden Inn in Devens, MA for our wedding hotel block and after-wedding party. They were fantastic! Our after party went until about 5am and we never once received a complaint or were to quiet down, etc. They were great- 5 stars!

The hotel has a modern look and feel, and its nice that they have a bar you can eat/drink at if you dont feel like dragging yourself out. Unless you are taking up Marriott points, I recommend this hotel over the Springhill Suites next door.

Great view, the staff was excellent and very helpful, the room was big,nice,and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was stocked full and had plenty of clean towels. I would recommend it to my friends and family

The location was Nice, theres a Dunkindonuts and a pizza shop within Devens Common (so its walking distance). Its very quiet and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Clean rooms, decent bar food, nice breakfast spread! Bar top is also super cool - has fiber optic like channels that cause parts to light up or go dim when you move your hand over it.

Beautiful hotel, with a beautiful pool and hot tub, friendly employees, clean and relaxing rooms, well kept as a whole. They also have complimentary Wi-Fi which is a must to me.
