sunday brunch = the real real. the inside of this joint is rustic, homey, and cozy . a few mimosas too many + those quicksand couches , and i could have a potential problem... end up getting banned. staff is warm & accommodating - especially considering a member of our crew that day was a milk-drunk, tasmanian devil baby who had just learned to walk & insisted on parading around the restaurant , demonstrating flamboyant pageantry comparable to that of a drag show host... plus drool. speaking of drool - the bartender looked like he was taking his cocktails very seriously and, had i not been responsible for someone elses tiny human - i most certainly would have gotten my whistle wet --so to speak-- i dont even want to tell you guys this part because its the cream cheese frosting to this lovely cake... but FINE . trying to park in harvard square late sunday morning when youre hurt from the weekend and starving is maddening to the point of ripping your hair out in clumps but GUESS WHAT. this dope ass restaurant will validate your parking ticket for the garage above - $FREE.99 , sundays only. shh, dont repeat this . the only reason i was about to give this place four stars is because the chicken waffle wasnt the bessst ive ever had , but its not this boston restaurants fault ive been spoiled elsewhere (south of the mason dixon line) by last-meal-type southern cooking . but that does remind me of one legitimate and noteworthy weakness - the home fries . woof. wet and soft . i dont speak for everyone when i say this - but most of us like our breakfast taters crispy. when asked what she thought about them, even our server said, "ehhh... id go with the french fries"

Ive been coming here since their soft opening, after the changeover from the unlamented RedLine a few years ago. One level below the street, the outside of this place gives no hint how warm, cozy, subdued, and welcoming the bar, restaurant, and lounge is. It sprawls across the entire city block, with rustic touches common to many Grafton Group restaurants, hewn communal high tops, low lighting, friendly bartenders who know their stuff and (lets be honest) are easy on the eyes. Our dinner last night was fairly typical - took a large quiet booth with friends, ordered a couple rounds of the toasts for which the place is known, then a couple bottles of a staggeringly good Cotes de Rhode. My roasted redfish on sweet potato mash with charred cauliflower was one of the best things Ive eaten in 2016 so far. Price are quite reasonable.

Excellent experience! Dark but lively and cozy, with exposed brick walls and ceilings. Fantastic beer menu! We really liked the fried mussels! We sat in the back room (towards the left as you go in the entrance), and it was a bit more cozy and quiet than the bar area--perfect for a family dinner. The food was fantastic, the prices very reasonable, and the portions were huge--we had them for lunch the next day as well! Everyone in our group of 5 loved this place! Also, our waiter was fantastic: he went way out of his way to bring a piece of birthday cake and candle for my dad, with perfect timing (since my dad had to leave before the rest of us). Awesome service!

BEST DRINK: Lavender Moon It features gin (which I never liked until now) and homemade lavender rose, honey syrup. APPETIZERS: I have tried at least a half a dozen, but my stand out favorite starters here are these: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Toast (cute, mini sunny side up eggs) and Sweet Garlic, Roasted Mushroom & Taleggio Toast (a mouthful of mushrooms is a happy...and speechless). DESSERT: Salted caramel & peppered chocolate tarts. Just the right amount of salty, sweet and chocolatey goodness. STAFF: the bartenders here are social and skilled. TIP: I attended a fun party in the PARK lounge, and would definitely go back for another one!

The perfect place to end a night, Park has a sizable bar with great cocktails overseen by bar manager Chris. The decor always starts me wishing that I could decorate my own apartment in that turn of the century fashion, and the lounge chairs are some of the most comfortable Ive ever sat on. The food is fantastic overall, though I recommend avoiding the patty melt. Three times Ive tried it and each time its come out dry and disappointing. Completely making up for that one culinary downfall are the fried mussels, which I swear I could eat by the pound. Definitely give it a try one night.

I hosted a bridal shower brunch at PARK and it was a great experience all-around. The staff were considerate and attentive and made the brides day very special. Additionally, there were no ridiculous venue overhead costs associated with the event. They had a separate area for us and charged a reasonable amount per person...they didnt even charge me for the no-shows! There was no minimum that needed to be spent to host the event. In short, a fantastic customer experience for the host and a perfect brunch gathering for the bride! Thank you, PARK!

If I only rated the drinks and app, I would give this place 4 stars but the 2 starts is mainly for our entrees. We started off with the tasting toast app (different toppings on pieces of toast) and that was really good. Then came out the entrees and only one out of the four was a hit. I heard the chick pea burger was a solid hit but the salmon, fried chicken, and the squash sorely lacked flavors/salt. When youre paying $20+ per entree, you want to really love it, and that just wasnt the case.

Went there on a whim a while back just to try something different. The ambiance was great. What gives it a 5 in my book is I didnt like the burger that they had too much so I only half ate it, and the server came back saying the chef noticed it and he would took it off my tab and would like any suggestions on making it better. That to me speaks volumes. Other than that, the other fries and my boyfriends food was great.

Food: 3 Decor: 4 Service: 4 Been here 3 or so times for dinner. 1. TASTING OF TOAST $10 Pretty good. Liked the Foccacia Toast, Cloumage, Fresh Figs, Honey. Wasnt a huge fan of the House-Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Crispy Capers, Baguette. 2. BACON 3-WAY $12 Pretty good. Liked all of them, but the bread got a bit soggy. 3. Lobster & Crab Dip Okay. A lot of dip, so we only had about half of it. Service was good.

I give the bar a 4 and the bartender a 5! Luke waited on me behind the bar and was extremely nice and a "compassionate" pourer after a hard day!! The menu is small and limited, I had the salmon and it was a bit salty for my taste. I was in the area for business and stopped into this bar because of the openness and overall swanky vibe. A little snooty, but great drinks and solid pours make up for what this bar lacks.

I came here for brunch and thought it was decent, but nothing was great. I tried the classic breakfast platter which includes two eggs any style, breakfast potatoes, sausage and bacon. The potatoes were bland and the bacon was overly fatty (that rubbery, clear type of bacon fat). Still, the sausage was tasty, and the service was efficient. It wasnt the worst food in the world but I wouldnt be rushing back.
