I really like this place. I go to almost all their workshops and they are amazing. They are free of charge and the facilitators very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes they have special guests, I saw Clarke Peters from "The Wire" and "Treme" giving the karma workshop. There is also a quiet room where you can sit and meditate. If you are is Silver Spring area check it out, youll not be disappointed.

A one of a kind in the nations capitol, it seems. The moment I entered the museum, I felt like I was in a whole new world. The exhibitions brought to me a better understanding of who I am. Remarkable! There should more Meditation Museums around. Washington, you are so lucky!
