The Community Center is well run, but it only controls a tiny space. Why tiny? Because (1) regional administrators occupy the buildings east wing, and (2) a senior center catering to very few local residents takes over the west wing for hours every weekday. If these two "invaders" were moved, the local area could be much better served.
