Mary Polymath

Lovely local historical park. Its a great place to get kids to think about and experience history. Its not huge, but my kids love the kid museum (toy) section. The grounds are pretty, and there is something interesting for everyone. They host fun summer camps for kids and there are frequently fun events and festivals. If it interests you at all, the WWII weekend is not to be missed.

Its a great place for adults! Dont let childrens museum fool you. Historically dress interpreters guide you through the 1800s house with many architectural features that span its history. If you have children, its an added bonus.

Very nice historic home. The tour was worth every penny and some great hands on activities for kids. Very nice carriage collection.

This is a very nice historical site and museum. If you want to enrich your Frederick history, this is one place to stop and visit.

Mainly a childrens museum but it was interesting for adults. Contained an extensive collection of horse carriages.
