My 2 kids and I went for the first time this past weekend and they had a blast. My son is 2 and my daughter is 4 and they did not want to leave! The price is very good I think, I paid a total of $15 all together for my kids to be able to jump and we could stay as long as we wanted! The only thing I didnt like is I feel maybe they should have some more supervision, or someone who stands at the door like at chucky cheese, because when we were first going in there was a little boy standing outside alone and someone in a car telling him he needed to go back in because he shouldnt be outside alone and they were probably looking for him, then an older boy pushed my 2 year old in the face and poked him in the eye because he wasnt going up the ladder fast enough...so either parents should be made to supervise their children better or they should have more employees watching...because momma bear wanted to come out on that child and I had to take my son and walk FAR FAR away before momma bear did come out. You dont mess with my cubs! Other than that I liked it. We will be coming back

Crystal Storm

Was very disappointed. The girl that is there all the time uses profanity in front of the children. The party rooms were dirty. Our pizzas showed up 40 minutes early and was not how i told them i wanted it. Our party was 30 minutes in when she came in with waivers for everyone to sign and parents had already left. She called all the children in the room and made them stand in line, when 1 of the children told her that was not how she spelled her name she was very rude to her. Also she brings her very young child to work with her. The little girl came in our room and the lady came in jerked her by the arm and started yelling at her in front of our guests. I was so embarrassed. Overpriced for what you get.

Way overpriced compared to the same type business that was there before (Bounce Planet) and they no longer let adults accompany small kids for free, they have to pay the fee too! And seriously, no water allowed in?? Insane. Concessions are way overpriced too. We just snuck sips from our own water and ate our own snacks in the car afterward. My kids had fun, which is why we went. Just miss the older version!

We really enjoy this place. Its small, but a fun and clean place to jump around and play some games. I love that they allow adults to play on the inflatables with their kids. The customer service could be improved overall. For example being a bit more friendly/warm and welcoming (giving a smile would be nice) when a customer has a question, request, or problem with one of the machines.

They didnt help with the birthday party at all. We had to ask for everything. They didnt even help to clean up in between Pizza and cake. The pizza is gross. They had 4 people just standing around talking. Not 1 person was ever on the floor making sure kids are safe. I will never have a birthday party her again. The old management was at least helpful and the employees actually worked.

Owner is very rude he doesnt care about customers at all . Had a birthday party here for my child I was very dissatisfied. Rooms were very dirty . Took them forever to bring out pizza . I had to ask the young teenagers that didnt care about anything but their phones for things multiple times . I wouldnt recommend any one to go here .

My 2yr old had a great time. He was running, jumping, bouncing, laughing and out of control at times. When it was time to leave, he wasnt ready. Ill take him back, its great exercise for him and challenges him physically and make him push himself. The arcade is cool too. Decent prices.

Not for kids under 3. Lots of the inflatables are larger. Admission and snacks are a bit expensive. It is also incredibly loud in there because of all the blowers and the lack of sound insulation. So not the most pleasant experience overall but Im glad we checked it out.

Great facility, helpful staff. Still some things that need a little fine tuning. Admission is $10 for Jumpers 3 and over, but it is good all day. Foods decent as well. Well be regulars.

The employees are extremely helpful and polite. The building itself could use some work but my kids love it regardless. Only complaint is lack of parking. The food is great though.
