I had a really great experience with almost everything in the hotel. The only reason Im doing 4 starts is that the pool is really quite small and theres no hot tub. Aside from that everything was great! We stayed 2 nights. I checked in online the day before and even picked out our room. The lobby is small, but decorated nicely with a small lounge and tables. The room was cozy and has all the essentials plus a few extras like microwave and fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We wanted a couple of extra pillows and the front desk accommodated our request. The room was quiet which was surprising since we were 2 rooms from the pool. I never heard any noises from the hallway. Every staff member that I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute drive from Woodfield Mall and Lego Land. Our main destination was Lego land so this worked out perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We booked the King suite to help celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We got there, the room was unavailable so they downgraded us to a guest room instead. No Jacuzzi, bathroom door could not be open if someone was at the closet, no safe in the room and "the beautiful view" was a building under construction. Workers were working (pounding) at 7 AM on a Sunday morning, which we could hear very clearly. Needless to say, our celebration went down hill as soon as we got the downgrade. I will never stay here again & if anyone else does make sure you get a room where there is no construction next door. It would have been nice if we had received a call before we got here so we would have been able to possibly book in a better hotel with a better room, with a better view and no construction to wake you us up at the crack of dawn.

Great place to stay for business and family. Closed to Woodfield Mall, Lego land, Ikea. There were free fruity water, coffee, wine in the lobby with a 24 hour mini mart and business center. Wire/wireless internet in Guest room. Their swimming pool is very small, which maybe good for small kids but it became crowded soon. Hot tub is also small. We got AAA discount with breakfast package for two adult and a kid. They cook entree for your order and you get other food from buffet. Checkout was 12 pm with optional late 3 pm checkout.

The breakfast is not included! It looks like a complimentary breakfast, with the usual free cold cereal, muffins, and juice . After we ate this cold not so good breakfast they gave each of us an 8 dollar bill. I would not have ate there if had known that. Couldve went down the road and gotten a hot breakfast for that. Wouldnt have minded so bad if they had signs up telling it wasnt included. The beds are VERY hard even after adjusting to soft. The staff that was there the morning we left was rude.

Great hotel tucked in behind the mall. Was greeted by Bianca, checked in, very quick. Complementary waters. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, slept like a baby. There is a free and paid breakfast option, but get down there early! The free stuff included scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, juice, coffee, cereal, breads. They ran out of eggs and coffee first. Little disappointed, but they got more coffee out in about 30 minutes. Still would recommend.

I made reservation 2 months in advance and paid for my room in full 1 month early I called the hotel the day of My arrival at 5pm said be there by 7 they said everything is good.. room will be ready ..I got there and they had gave away my king suite w seperate bedroom and spent 30 min trying to give me a reg room ..after driving from Cincinnati..very frustrating and diaspointing...they finnaly sent me to another hotel of theirs. ..I will never trust. Garden Inn w a reservation again

We stayed here for a softball tournament for my daughter. The check-in process was very easy and the frontndesk clerk was very welcoming. The lobby is very open and clean. There is a small open bar and they serve food. Our room was on the second floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are adjustable and that make a huge difference in their comfort. The hotel overall is a nice place and I would recommend it. It is nicely located to food and shopping.

Value for the price is not good. The very same breakfast that would be free at any other hotel is $13 per person here. Room service was overpriced, as it would be anywhere, but the food was lousy (entrees OK, but sides horrible. If Im paying $10 for fries, I want them done in the middle). The alarm clock went off all on its own at 5:55 am. Yeah, it was clean, but every hotel is clean. Never coming back!

The check in was smooth. But the AC in the room was a bit hot and cold. It would wait until the room warms enough and then blow really cold air until the room cools down. Then stops and waits for the room to warm again. It was a bit difficult as we had a baby who was not comfortable at all. Other than that everything else was pretty good. Nice room and the hallways smelled good. Pretty well maintained.

While the amenities are rather nice and the extras thrown in are good, we had an unpleasant experience with customer service. We were told we would receive adjoining rooms when we booked the hotel and upon checking in we were told that not only could we not in fact have adjoining rooms but that it was impossible for anyone to have king-king rooms in general when we were told otherwise.

The room was very clean and they had the heat going for us already which was nice. The beds were firm even after trying to adjust them. The only issue I had was that there was no hot water in the morning. It was luke warm. Now I understand that others are taking showers or had already but still, I wasnt too happy about that. Besides that, I was a good stay. Well be back.

We were able to check in 2 hours early thanks to Michael. He was amazing and understand about the situation we were in with the hotel rooms. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about staying at the Hilton garden inn hotel in Schaumburg. The hotel is near the mall and its also in a good location for restaurants.

Location and ease of access is good. Room were clean and staff professional. We received complimentary breakfast as part of the group we were with. It was the standard breakfast fare found at most other hotels. Hotel location has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The restaurant is pretty nice and for the price, you get to choose your own breakfast. Its not just scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereals. You get a breakfast menu. The beds are really comfy and you can choose the level of softness.

I went for training which is going to take 16 weeks long, I was looking for a good hotel with nice budget, until I stumbled upon this place, and Im hook for the 16 weeks, nice place to stay with my family. Close to so many amenities in the neighborhood.
