It was really pretty! It had gest views and for being lake Co it wad well kept up with. They had resting areas, they have a little area by the lake with nice rocks to sit on also worth those things that ate binocular to look in.... i walked 4 miles and the entire time wad awesome they had a nice bridge also one of the ways you can go you literally walk under ground to cross rollins road. I had my 10 month old with in her stroller and every person we passed was very curtious with moving too the side. Not really buggy.it add a great walk over all!

Id been wanting to visit for a while and I finally got around to it a couple days ago! Easy access from the road, free parking and bathrooms easily located near the trail entrance. I went with my two kids (5 and 2.5 years old) and at first I didnt think we could walk around because all the trails were so long but then I found a loop that was perfect for us! We had a beautiful walk and the kids loved sitting on the dock watching a mama with her ducklings. It was a great time and beautiful place!

Went here for early morning trail walk and bird photography. The place has good biking and walking trail. Trails are well maintained. As far as birding goes, I was able to spot few egrets and herons. Other birds and pike Blue Jay and woodpecker are additional bonus.

Large grassland preserve with two limestone trail loops for biking or hiking. There is also connections to the north that lead to Bonner farm, and mcdonalds woods. Trails to tge south lead to downtown grayslake, prarie crossing, and the des plaines river trail.

Benches and wide open spaces galore. Rollins Savanah is the place for you if you want somewhere to just go walk and relax. The longer loop is over 4 miles, and the shorter one about 3.4. Great for an evening walk.

Quiet place to get away to. Its a nice place to go for a walk. First took the wheel here, and youll often see new drivers here, so watch out. Typically see adults, rather than kids, so its rather quiet.

I love bringing my dogs here for long walks. The trails are well maintained, although very flat, so not the best if youre looking for hills or elevation change.
