We just moved to the area and really dont have much to compare to as far as winerys go. However we have found our self buying a bottle of wine from here almost every week. I dont claim to be a wine conesour and I cannot say that this is the greatest wine in the world but we have been very pleased with evey bottle we have ever had and have been giving bottles to our family every time we see them. The people who run the place are very nice and appear to have the right approach to being business owners. I see them sampling their product at the local grocery store and being friendly in their store front when we go in to pick up a bottle. Highly recommend checking out their store it is a nice little shop with a cozy feel that is a hidden gem in a small farming town.

If you want to visit an exceptional winery with kind hearted, knowledgeable people this is one to check out! Located in what many would consider a very small town this is a refreshing break from the norm. They have at least 20 varieties varying from very sweet to very dry. Reds, whites, as well as fruit. As well as the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month they have what they call Wine Downs. This is live music, tastings, and food. It is by far the best winery I have yet to attend.

The wine is fabulous, the wine maker is ingenious! The atmosphere is wonderful, just stop in and try some of the best wine produced in the state of Illinois. They have food and wine pairings and live music; check their schedules for many different events.

Very beautiful backyard to sit and enjoy your wine or you can stay inside the clerks they really know whats good and whats not whats Smokey and whats spicy or citrusy you can actually take your time picking and choosing your variety.

Quaint little wine store in Genoa. I think my review is a little biased since I used to rent the apartment above this hidden gem. Cheap but yummy wines and they know and love their products, you can tell by the way talk about it.
