The General is a great course and very challenging with a lot of elevation changes. The staff is also great as we had some issues with our tee times and we were accommodated with no issues. Well kept course and since it is a resort type of course, the past two times I have played it has taken close to 5 hours to complete an 18 hole round. If you are in Galena, this is a must play course.

Played General and other two courses over a long weekend. Courses are really nice and layout fun. Lost a few balls but worth the scenery. The mosquitoes drove me crazy and wouldnt leave me alone during every shot. I would return but too afraid of the bugs.
