At first the place was fine, we got our free admission and two free drinks as promised. Also, part of our package was $100 bottles of Effin Vodka for the whole night. Everything was fine till people wanted to take smoking breaks. At first they told us if want to get back inside we would have to pay cover, we argued and talked to the manager, she Ok for us to go out side. We went outside, but on the way back they told us we have to stand in line again and pay cover, we argued with the bouncer until they finally let us in. We began to order bottles and they charged us $160 a bottle instead of the promised $100. Later on we went for a smoke and again had to go through the whole ordeal. First they did not want to let us out, they they wanted us to stay in line, then to pay cover again, then all the sudden it was mandatory to use coat check for money. We had to argue every step of the way with different bouncers. Very unfriendly people and frustrating conversations. Then they began charging $200 for bottle service. I dont know how these people run their business, but I do not expect this place to be around much longer under the same management. I AM DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AND WILL TRY TO TALK EVERYONE OUT OF GOING THERE.

I went for a friends birthday party last night. I have been to this club a few times and enjoyed my time there but last night was terrible. I was really disappointed in the type of staff they chose to hire. The front door lady was very rude and clearly lacked respect for guest attending the nightclub. She spoke to guests as if she was screaming at children of her very own. I was appalled at her treatment of others and her guests. The club should look into hiring better staff if they want a better crowd to keep attending this place. She clearly felt entitled to respect without showing or giving guest the same respect in return. Her job was clearly a power trip! She lacked customer service etiquette and courtesy! She was very unkind to guests around her! She was cruel to even most guest without reason including our group that was not drinking at all! She definately is one of the first impressions guest get walking into the door therefore the nightclub will lose a good amount of people simply because she is so rude and disrespectful! Its shameful on the nightclubs behalf. I will not be a returning guest or suggest close friends or family be a guest here either.

This place was God awful..FIRST this place isnt called Transit!! Its called Fuego!! Its a club full of rude ass Spanish people who dont know there job.I made a reservation for my birthday (5-16-15) a month in advance for a table to seat my friends and I. When I finally got there I still had to wait in line for almost 35mins even though I was told I didnt have to. When we finally got to the host we had to wait another 30mins to be seated. The host didnt give me info on the bottle service and I never got my free champagne that was promised. When we finally got seated another hosted told me that I had to pay $500 in BOTTLES b/c it was after 1:30..(I GOT to the club at 11, and then I waited and waited, we sat down exactly at 1am) when I asked for the manager the security guard and another host told me to go look for them. Me and my friends came from Indiana to have a good time and to get what was promised for my birthday.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE , AND IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! Good clubs are 8fifty8..Koncrete..the Shrine and if your want a real Spanish experience go to the Brazilian restaurant..this place isnt worth the 1 star that I gave it

Visited this place on Sat with a group. Were more into bars, so I dont know what the devil took over us to visit this place despite all the bad rep. While were dancing my friend accidently tips over a drink from a vip table. Next thing you know a girl from that table goes haywire and starts throwing all their drinks at us. Although Ive never been in a lunchroom fight, this was as close as it gets, drenched in juice and alcohol. Since this is not my definition of fun, I go get security to tell them of the mess thats going on. Next thing you know, the security was so accomodating to hear our story while he escorts us outside, with no coat on. Really? I went to get the security and I get escorted out immediately? I had to wait in the cold while they get our coats from the coat check. Although they cant take the ghetto out of the place, at least they should work on their staff. Im glad our crew is all about fun and we just laughed it out after it, but I can imagine the stuff that goes on in this place for those that enjoy ghetto adventures.

WOW, It was really disappointing to be in this place. They try to make this place classy, but the only classy they have is the sign that said "fuego" its a joke! Extremely rude, yelling at people who were standing in line, in the cold, screaming that they didnt allow "flats, Converse, Vans and so on..." How classy is that? Really?! I also felt like the bouncers or wanna be securities were discriminating, meaning if you were half naked they did not care and didnt ID you, Really! Just worse experience ever. I was there for a party that one of my closes friends had, she send me a txt explaining that if we showed the txt msg we would not have to wait in line, we guess what, we still did. I just felt that the securities who were checking the IDs were extremely rude! Please people, if you are looking for a decent club where you can enjoy yourself and feel that you are treated equally and with respect, do not waist your time here! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP OR LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I went on the night that they played hip-hop music. It was fun, the bartenders were fairly quick, drinks were not overly priced. When I got there it only took a couple minutes to get inside, I believe the cover was $20, paid it, got in, no issue. About 30 minutes later I had to go outside to grab something from my car, I asked before I left would I be able to get back in and the women collecting the money said yes. When i got back 2 minutes later the bouncer/security women said that I couldnt come in because I was wearing flat shoes. I was confused because I had seen her only 30 minutes prior, and she checked by bag and let me in with not issue. She claimed she didnt see the shoes the first time. It was all resolved in the end, but I would call and see if they have a shoe policy in the future.

Do not go to this club. my friends and I literally were in the club for 30 seconds and decided to leave. We wanted a refund and asked politely for one since we were in there so short. A manager or owner came to the front and yelled at us about how what if you go to the movies and you dont like it you dont get your money back. And continued to yell and compared the club to a movie theatre in front of everyone. He was very unprofessional about how he handled the situation and spoke to us with no respect. Then just dismissed us and walked off. I dont come to the club for a life lesson. And his disrespectful manner completely ruined my entire night. Go at your own risk if you tolerate being disrespected by people whos income is based off of your money.
