Went to this shop to purchase fish from somewhere other than petsmart for more of a variety. Was told they guarantee their fish for a resonable amount of time with a water sample. All of the fish we bought died within a week of purchase and we were told that our water was a little high and told us of a product to help. We bought it and came back when it was good and they said another problem with our water and tried to sell us another product. This went on 3 more times (we bought all the supplies from petsmart because it was cheaper). Non of these were recommend to start it delayed us another 2 months. Finally when all was where it should be we went back to get our credit and we were told "If you would have brought them back within the first week or so we would have credited you but since a longer period of time past your credit expired". Our credit expire but they would not let us claim it becuase of the water condition, i feel taken advantage of and will never return to this store and will advise all other not to go there

Park Pet is the perfect place if you want to purchase a dog. They have an excellent selection of them. Their cages are ALWAYS CLEAN! I purchased two Shih tzus and I am very happy with my choice. One employee who works there named Bridgette , goes above and way beyond to help you. She knows so much about the animals there and she cares for them. She treats you like you are a family member. I also purchase my dog food there and she always has my bag ready for me when I arrive and carries it to the car for me because of medical problems. They also have a large selection of salt water fish too and keep very clean tanks. Just stop in. Youll love the place !!!

We have frequented this pet store several times. We visited on numerous occasions before selecting the newest member of our family. Every time we entered, we were greeted by either an employee out the owner. They were always happy to take the animals out for us to see and interact with, and were very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right breedfor or family. we have been extremely satisfied with our selection, and I would recommend them for your pet purchases. As a matter of fact, we returned 8 months later to see about a kitten and they remembered us and the animal we chose.

I am the owner -- Here are the facts regarding this post: 1. Every morning, all water bottles are disinfected for redistribution back to the puppies. 2. Every morning, all toys also are disinfected. 3. On a daily basis, all puppies are socialized and exercised with a rotation. 4. The quietness of the kennel is a result of the puppies resting after breakfast and exercise. Puppies require a lot of rest!! We are a family-owned community business, serving this community since 1958.

I was referred here to get my new puppys nails clipped on the fly. Jim was very nice on the phone, and just as friendly in person. I would personally never purchase a pet from a "store", but he took good care of my little girl and laughed it off when she tinkled on him. $10 and we were good to go. Will most likely go back if in a pinch. But the smell and kittens in the cage made me so sad! They looked healthy though.

This place is superb1!!!!!1 I purchased my little pookie here and he is just a little riot! Then we got home i fed him and loved him, I adore pookie. One time he jumped of my back porch, and sprained his little pookie paw. Then another time, he got in a car crash with me and lost both his eyes, i love my blind little pookie more than anything. and i can only thank this shop!

Park Pet Shop and LaShanda do a great job in dog grooming. I have been bringing my golden doodle there for the past two years and have always been happy with the outcome. LaSanda takes her time and cuts the hair exactly as I ask. I have used approximately 5 different groomers in the past and I am happy I changed to Park Pet. I highly recommend them for dog grooming.

I started going to this store a year ago and the staff is very helpful. I bought both my 55 and 125 gallon saltwater setups here. You wont find better prices anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond to get things you need for your tanks and fast. I told them I needed a 125 gallon setup, I received it all in two days. I wont go anywhere else for tank supplies.

My miniature schnauzer Foxy is groomed here and the groomer does a fantastic job! The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable . I am extremely satisfied with the prices too. My dog is happy when I take her to get groomed. This lets me know that she is not being mistreated. I will definitely continue to patronize them!

The staff of Park Pets is really helpful, always available to answer questions 24 hours, Bridgette and team make you feel like family. La Shaun has compassion for our animals and handles them with care. The service La Shaun gives is 1st Class and can not compare to a chain such as PetsMart.

I love this small, family-owned business. We take our very shy basset hound here for grooming, and Darlene (the groomer) is calm and patient with her. The owner really takes his time to talk to customers about the different products available.

Most Friendliest Staff I Have Ever Met In A Long Time!Place is beyond phenomenal! Only complaint is the place looks a little dirty, and majority of the tanks were also very dirty with, not the best selection or quality. A for effort!

This place its soo nasty. Smells bad. Dont seem to care for their fishes. Dont clean their tanks neither worst place. Dont recommend it ! Most fish in here are also sick with disease !!
