This community center makes a huge difference in considering the neighborhood value. There are great classes offered here at fantastic prices. Its a great way to hook into a community if youre new here. The athletic center is pretty basic but has the things that you need to stay in shape at a price that most families can afford. I like being able to register online and to view the class descriptions online. Its a plus that it is connected with the library which is also a great place with a lot of good books and videos to check out.

I have been coming to this community center for over 14 years. I enjoy the classes they offer, the cleanliness of the center, they have vending machines and a place to have a quick snack or lunch, they have a park, small water splash pad, and outside fields for several different sports. Having the library here along with a workout center is great. They also offer a preschool and a daycare room when parents are working out. Overall, a great place to find something to do alone or with children.

This is a great place to work out. As for a community place they plenty of equipment, it has never been over crowded, and it is reasonably priced. I have not used any of the other services besides the gym but Im very happy with it. They seem to have a lot of options as far as training/workout sessions and personal trainers. I just havent taken advantage of them yet.

The place is run by complete idiots and they seem to have trouble getting staff to show up. Im guessing they are low paid and dont really care, and that will be obvious to you. Dont expect them to do what they promise, or even be polite when they screw up. Too bad, because the facility itself is okay, just totally mismanaged.

Best value for money - offers gym facilities $250 per year, function halls for birthdays etc, indoor and outdoor courts at $4 a head. However, gym facility is kind of third standard compared to Vaughn center in same park district, even though more people use Eola gym.

Has the greatest staff and the people who work out there are amazing people. Made some really good friend ships. Never have to weight for machines. All around great gym for the location and price!!!

Library is quite nice. Lots of things to do, fitness center, basketball courts, two softball fields, and many "activity rooms" for everything from karate to dance classes, kids activities and more.

Very good facilities and helpful staff. For those interested, there are special evenings through the week when Table Tennis, and Badminton get set up for few hours.

membership included classes even though you dont / cant use it. no classes after 7.30 PM . there should be membership without classes just for gym.
