Customer Service sucks.....I called the center twice to check on availability. I was told twice by part owner Ms.Deborah that the date in question was available. I drove from Alpharetta to view the facility and to be told that the day I inquired about was booked last night. I then asked how is it that the day was available when I called at 3pm but you booked an event last night. Ms.Deborah said "if you call me over the phone and ask if the date is available I will tell you yeah it is available." REALLY?? After you placed me on hold for at least 15min both times as if you were really checking my date. The real owners need to invest in some real talent to client face their customers. The experience I had was horrible and will not be recommending anyone!
