Big space if you are broke.. But "Im so Hood" should be the theme song. I can feel the uneven floors under the carpet. I came because of an artist that was playing here thrown by a Haitian party promoter. Since I flew here from out of state you can imagine my dissapointment on the venue choice. 305 party promoters should have choosen a nice place for such a great artist I would have paid 50 if I knew it would have gotten me a classier joint(venue). After 30 yrs and change one should give up going to places that serve you in a plactic cup. It is the principle of it all.

I called to get information on this place because Im planning a surprise birthday party for my mother an before I could finish talking the lady who answered the phone cut me off in a very rude manner. she then proceeded to tell me how expensive it is and how they dont do birthday parties they only do grand events like wedding receptions and things like that. she went on to say how I probably couldnt afford it. She didnt even try to give me pricing or anything.

Absolutely the worst!!!.Whatever you do, dont waste your time. Most unprofessional business I have ever experienced in life. My bff secured an event there recently and the owner made promises to make some changes and did not deliver. Only after taking her $$$..he refused to return her $$ ,I day before her actual event. The place was deploriable and unsanitary. Calling all health inspectors, please shut this place down!!!....

Im an event planner this place is very affordable and has a huge capacity from 300 people to all the way up to 700 People fun place definitely would love recommend to other people and all my friends

It was an ok space. But there are two spaces adjacent to each other, and if one is playing loud music, the other space cant help by hear it.
