Me and my Husband got married on April 8,2016 from the moment we visited elements we knew this was the place we where getting married at. Nidhi was Great From the beginning full of Energy she and her Brother was a Great help..She responded quickly to every questions she gave great advice overall all went well, until the day of our Wedding... They where very very very short staff which made it hard to stay on top of things my Bridal party should have never had to get up to get in a line to get there food that was completely unacceptable...and of course when you have short staff you dont get the great service like should, in the bridal suite light bulbs were out and the stage ceremony room light was out also which was address a day in advance but yet the Day of my wedding nothing was fix...my mom passed away last year so I had a special sign i wanted to display that stated (I wish you were here today but Heaven so far etc) which was very important to me and to walk in and see it wasnt set up i very disappointed...I gave it to Nidhi and she NEVER found it.I even contacted her after and she said she was going look for it and here it is 7 months now and I still havent heard from her...These things may seem small to you, However It wasnt to me I was Happy to married my best friend...we just wasnt happy we choose to get Married here but you live and Learn overall Nidhi and her Staff have the potential to be Great in the future its just somethings that need improvement..... I just wish things could have been a Wonderful experince for me and my husband it just wasnt this is something we will never forget ....I forgot to mention It wasnt as organize, Nidhi was very sarcastic to our photographer telling him where he cant take pictures at that wasnt good at all,they actually had words.... I just felt like because we hired these people to do are video and photography for OUR Wedding DAY he should had been aloud to take pictures in the reception room ( Nidihi did check with me first so with my approvel he did) but because it was raining outside and because it wasnt complete due to short staff but to witness that I was really applause... I just wished things could have been better....

If you are a review person like me, then look no further. Seriously. You can check all the vendors in the Cincinnati area, as I did, but I can assure you this is the best deal for the least hassle for a perfect wedding event!!! I am rather particular about many things and can be a critic, for sure... Nidhi was absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process. They do not "nickel and dime" you for every little item. Pretty much everything you will need is included! So, if you THINK you found a great vendor for a great price, start asking them how much they charge for linens, matching napkins, color uplighting... BAM. You just found yourself adding thousands of dollars to what you thought was a good deal. The thing that I am most picky about when it comes to any vendor for any occasion at all is timeliness. I cannot stand to send an email and ask a question to someone and wait three or more days for a response. Nidhi always responded quickly, even when she went out of town! She accommodating absolutely everything we dreamed for our reception and it was PERFECT. The food was wonderful! Our guests had an absolutely delightful time! Nidhi will even give you advice on vendors that you should or shouldnt use! If a vendor messed up something for another wedding, she will let you know to stay clear! She knows weddings and events and I literally could not have been happier with my experience. My brother got engaged last week and I have been telling them to not spend a second researching other venues! Dont waste your time! The Elements will exceed your expectations on price, quality, beauty, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I really dont think I even have the words to describe how incredible the staff at Elements was from beginning to end. Nidhi was there literally at the drop of a hat EVERY time I had a question about something. EVERY. TIME! And I asked a LOT of questions :). She was always pleasant and thorough which really helped me when it came time to make pertinent decisions. She was there for everything from explaining our wedding package, setting up the rehearsal dinner space, ceremony and reception decor, tasting and selecting the menu options....it was all a very enjoyable experience! Nidhi even went above and beyond to recommend some vendors for me when I hit a rough patch in the planning process. Our day was absolutely incredible. I am still getting messages from our guests about how beautiful the deocr was, how great the food was and how helpful the staff members were throughout the night. Elements facility was also always very clean and neat whenever we went! The bridal party suite was also very spacious and accommodated me, 7 bridesmaids, three kids under 10 years old, my mother, our photographer and our make up artist and we still had room for all of our clothes, shoes, etc. I was impressed by everything that Elements had to offer. Amazing. Nidhi and her crew did a great job. This was our first of two weddings (8/26/17) we will be doing with them. If the second is anything like the first we have nothing but a great time to look forward too. The place looked great, the food was fantastic & bar was well stocked (maybe to well stocked). All our guest have nothing but great things to say about their time at the reception. I would highly and do mean highly recommend this as a place for a wedding reception. I have been there for other functions which were very nice. My Son and Daughter in Law really enjoyed their time as they had no issues what so ever. They even accommodated our guest as they wedding finished early and let the guest into the hall early. What a relief to know there are still people out there that care more about making clients happy than the almighty dollar and what a contract says. As I told Nidhi thanks for making this such a great evening for the newly married couple!!!! Cant wait for next year when my daughter gets married.

Our daughter and son-in-law selected Elements for the their reception venue. It was wonderful. Nidhi was a delight to work with throughout the total process. She was friendly, professional, and had an eye for detail. She was available and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. More than willing to arrange a time for us to meet with her while we were in town for wedding arrangements. The reception room was beautiful, elegant, and romantic. The entry was beautiful. She had terrific suggestions throughout the process which made the evening flow smoothly. The guests raved about the delicious meal. It was terrific everything was included and addressed without separate charges for chair covers, chair bows, etc. Also, had many selections of color for up lighting and chair covers/bows. The brides and grooms name on the wall was special. It was so nice to know everything was in great hands with Nidhi. Thanks for a beautiful and memorable evening.
