After viewing several venues and visiting Little Gardens twice, I fell in love with this venue. The cost was out of our budget but after families help and working overtime and begging them to drop the cost of juice and soda for 90 guests down from $900, we chose to have our special day. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We even met with out wedding planner twice to make sure our "time line" was perfect. The wedding coordinator was awful. At the rehearsal she didnt seem to understand the way the bridal party and groomsmen were supposed to walk down the aisle. She had my fiancé walk me down and let my father stand around. My coworkers had to inform my girls on how to walk and where to hold their bouquets. She also never told us when to get ready on the big day, instead let us sit around the room waiting.. which caused us to miss our bridal part photos and causing us to be late for the reception. They did not have our unity sand set up correctly and didnt get to use all our sand to even halfway fill up our container. The entire reception was out of place and several things didnt go as planned with our wedding planner and I was most upset when she had me toss the bouquet from the dance floor when we specifically scheduled it from the balcony. Apparently Little Gardens hire temp staff for weddings because our Chef attendant was rude and made our Pastors son cry. When I called Little Gardens to complain they were able to refund $185 for the temp staff woman who was rude but felt they couldnt refund anything due to the poor coordinating of the wedding coordinator Donna, since she "completed the task". This wedding was Donnas first time with Little Gardens, by the way. The fact that we paid over $9,000 for a wedding that was not done correctly or the way we planned for over a year is upsetting. I can not re-do our wedding and I think its disgusting that they wont consider another partial refund. I didnt get the day I paid for or asked for. Now a year later open our cake top to find poorly packaged. Looked like a home made cake top by a 5 year old. Still regretting wasting thousands on this venue for the staff to not be apologetic!!

I could write an amazing book about how beautiful Little Gardens is to have any event, but especially a wedding. In my book would also detail how wonderful the staff was from beginning to end. My wedding was August 6, 2016, in the garden and as simple as the decorations were, the outdoor ceremony was beautiful. The reception was as equally beautiful and the food was beyond expectations. My wedding could not have been such a beautiful occasion without the wonderful staff involved. Rosalie was very helpful, kind, sweet and just an all around wonderful person. Jennifer was a big help too! Her patience and quiet disposition let me know that everything was going to work out better than good. Shavonne, Shavonne, Shavonne! Amazing and definitely great at what she does. At the end of the wedding rehearsal, she told me to not worry because she had my back. Indeed she did. Everything flowed perfectly. The catering staff after the ceremony and at the reception was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Right before the ceremony, one of the ladies ran upstairs to the bridal suite to retrieve the ring bearers pillow because I forgot it. Is that service or what?! Sorry I didnt catch any of their names, but they were all wonderful! Ashley, the bartender, was so sweet and kind and knows her way around the bar. I truly believe that my wedding was a huge success because of the staff at Little Gardens. If you want a team to not only be attentive to your needs but also care about your needs and want a place that wreaks of quality and perfection, then Little Gardens is your place. My husband and I visited and toured other venues, just as nice, but there was just something about Little Gardens that felt so right....you cants go wrong with Little Gardens!

A few weekends ago I had the opportunity to be a groomsman in the wedding of one of my best friends, which was held at Little Gardens. The rehearsal was on a Friday night, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Strangely, however, the mood shifted dramatically the next night at the wedding, and there were several significant faux pas committed by the staff -- the worst of which was when the house music ("light jazz") wasnt turned off at the beginning of the ceremony, so as all of the groomsmen walked in and stood at our spots, the reverent silence was broken by surprisingly loud elevator music emerging from the overhead speakers. A staff member mustve eventually realized what was going on, and the music was turned off; however, the kitchen staff replaced the lack of music by talking extremely loudly during the ceremony. Later, during dinner -- which was reasonably good -- a staff member came out of the kitchen and began filling up to-go containers as people were still serving themselves. And finally, the moment I found most personally insulting was when a staff member approached the grooms brother and me and literally jerked our drinks out of our hands on the dance floor. Really? Youre that worried about your dance floor that youre going to humiliate wedding guests? As the evening wound down, the staff -- who, as I said, had been friendly on Friday night -- were beside themselves trying to hurry us out of the building, which prevented me and others from signing the guest book for the wedding couple. The facility and its staff should never, never detract from the wedding, but Little Gardens staff did. I was disappointed, and would recommend against booking events with this facility.

So Ive been waiting to do this review....we got married here 9/23 and it was beautiful, that I cant deny. Now lets get to the rest... PROS: -The Venue is beautiful and doesnt need much extra decor -This is a package deal, if youre short on time this is a good .....but could also be bad thing (ill get into the bad part later) -The food was great, our guests particularly liked the gemelli pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms...yummmm -A day of wedding directory is included with your package, we had Ashley as ours and she was patient and sweet. -The staff was all nice for the most part and typically responsive. -You can use an outside cake baker -You can use an outside florist Okay so here goes..... CONS: -No outside decor is allowed (the in house is expensive ex: a wired wreath around the front porch railing is 125.00/rail)...everything was very expensive in this department -No outside catering is allowed (cultural dishes , up to 2 with permission) -There are quite a few rules on exit favors...no sparklers, no confetti (not even biodegradable etc.) we ended up using fiber optic wands -If you would like a food sampling box, you have to choose from someone elses wedding menu...you do not have the option to sample specific items.

We had our wedding at Little Gardens on March 30th, 2013. Throughout the entire wedding planning process the staff at Little Gardens were accommodating and friendly. They informed us of everything up front, and there were no hidden surprises or costs. We appreciate Little Gardens for being so informative. Katie Day helped us a ton during the months of planning; she was always friendly and never left us feeling doubtful. You hear so many horror stories from brides and things that went wrong for them and we are both so grateful that our special say was just perfect! The day of the wedding the house was decorated with all of our belongings and it looked just as we envisioned. Our wedding coordinator, Amber Lopez was great at making sure everything flowed nicely and she was good at not worrying the bride. The food served was excellent and all of our guests enjoyed their meals. We are grateful that we chose Little Gardens for our special wedding day and highly recommend them to upcoming brides and grooms.
