I have been to this place about three times thus far. As a vaper I like trying out new vape shops and seeing what they have to offer. They have a very wide selection and the second time around they had 5 new brands of vape coming in. I thought that was really cool because they guy who has helped me two of the three times I have been up there stated that only vape shops that produce are able to stock some of the specialty vapes that they had. The person that helped me was very nice and patient, I like trying different flavors of vapes and as the name implies, well the full name, this is a vape bar, you come, you sit, and you vape. The reason I am giving this place a 3 out of 5 is because of my third and most recent experience. I had the unfortunate pleasure of coming in during the shift change, but at the same time it was evident that I was there inside the store, the person who has helped me the two times before hand even acknowledged my presence. 10 minutes, 10 minutes I sat there with no one coming to assist me. I could really care less, eventually someone will say something, I will say no, I have been siting here without any help for 10 minutes, get the help I need and be about my business. At least that is how I would think a employees of a company would be. Instead, each and every single one of the employees walked past me, one employee helped someone else who had came in after me, I though he had an appointment or something, but after seeing one employee who was operating the DJ station come over and help someone else I cut him off and let him know that I had been sitting there for 10 minutes and that no one had helped me. My blood pressure was through the roof, and while the employee did say I am sorry about a million times, he did not attempt to make any attempt at compensation. To be honest, I do not care about compensation, I really do not. I bring it up because I have worked at outlets, at fast food places, and when an employee, in this case employees makes a mistake, like, oh say I do not know, completely ignoring a customer for 10 minutes but still taking the time to help other customers, I will bring it up. I dig this place, I really do, but I think I am just going to stick to my regular spot, they at least acknowledge the fact that I am there. Maybe its a racial thing and no one wants to help the biracial guy, I do not know other then I waste 10 minutes of my life sitting there being completely ignored. One final thing, while they do have a plethora of vapes, their prices are RIDICULOUS! I mean I can not make this up, compared to other stores I could get twice the vape that I get here. I mean ridiculousssssss prices! But I guess that comes with the service, or in my case, the lack there of.

If you live outside of the USA DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My wife ordered me a Complyfe customised av top cap for gyre mod from here as a Christmas present. Sadly it has been unusable since it was received as there is a huge manufacturer error and it has been de-burred too deeply leaving only 2-3 lines of thread in the 510 meaning that none of my atomisers will lock down in place as they just continually spin. We have spoken via email with several staff members to try and rectify the problem and keep on getting forgotten about. Attempted calling but never get an answer even when calling the store directly and none of my voice messages have been replied to. Have left a comment on the FB page but that has also gone unanswered. It seems that there is no customer service or after sales care for their customers what so ever. Not at all impressed with the service or products as I now have a useless piece of metal that my wife paid top whack for.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff, I could not have imagined a better experience! Ive only been here a few times, but every time I go Im treated like a regular. The selection is wonderful, prices are better than Ive seen, and the customer service is just above and beyond. One employee in particular, I believe he said his name is Christian, has helped me the times Ive been. Each and every time he has remembered who I am, treated me like a friend, and given me an unbiased, professional suggestion. He knows what flavors of juice I like, and just goes from there, quite honestly it is amazing. Again, this place is awesome, and you are doing yourself a disservice by not going if you enjoy the following: 1. A friendly, laid back atmosphere. 2. Unrivaled customer service. 3. Competitive pricing. 4. All of the above. If I could rate this place 6 Stars, I would do it in a heart beat. Excellent job, Platinum. An excellent job, indeed!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now.... I absolutely LOVE coming here! Ive never encountered another vape shop with such wonderful employees, and knowledge of their products. Its unfortunate the new regulations limit them to what they can/cant do and/or say. They do anything & everything they can to make sure their customers are happy within the FDA regulations. I personally was skeptical of the FDA regulations myself until I did a little research, and went into platinum & asked all the guys there. They verified it was true, but again, they still go above & beyond within reason! I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else.

I came down from Knoxville to go to the Vape show that was in Atlanta and herd about this store so I thought I would check it out wow its a really nice store. I was looking for a authentic mod and I liked how they had one case with a big sign over it that said authentic some stores have them all mixed in with the clones but this store has the clones all separated from the others in a case by its self and the sales person that helped me was great I ended up getting a King mod with a kraken tank wow can you gat a large cloud with this set up. Im going to post a video of me making a crazy cloud soon so watch for it.

Platinum is the go to place when I need help with my vape. Im new to this stuff, and I am so happy to say that their customer service is OUTSTANDING. As is how awesome they are with prices and the variety of juices and mods is HUGE. Nick helped me out with leading me in directions in regards of juice and which mod would be the best for me to start off with. Not only did Nick help me out a ton, but everyone else who works there is always there with a smile on how to show me the ropes of building and maintaining my mod in the best way possible. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

Hands down the best E-cig/Vapor retailer in the Metro area. Huge selection, cool atmosphere and a very kind and knowledgeable staff. Whether you are interested in introduction kits, midgrade setups or a full RDA Mod they have everything. No question is too dumb... trust me.. i ask alot. ;) They will take good care of you. As more businesses choose to treat e-cigs as cigarettes it is nice to have a place to socialize and enjoy in doors with tons of flavors to try.
