They lost my Mother!!!!!!!!!! I had a horrible experience with the service I received from Glen Haven. When my mother passed away it was a difficult time for me and what I thought was suppose to a helpful and understanding place was the opposite. I was suppose to have an appointment with Steve on Saturday December 27, 2014. When my wife and I got there Steve knew nothing about our appointment and I take he was filling in at this park because he had no idea where anything was located. He found my mothers contract and it was my understanding she was suppose to be put in the same niche as my father. I told Steve we did not want to be present when the remains were put in the niche and he agreed to call as soon as it was done. I never heard back from him until January 22, 2015 and that call was to stop by my house to sell me a prepaid burial plan. I told I was not interested in a plan but did he by chance know if my mothers remains were put in the niche with my dad. He did not but was going to check the next day and he never called back. I called Glen Haven February 13, 2015 and spoke to Jose. He looked for the records and said it appears my mother was in the niche next to my dad. I told him that was wrong and in fact on the niche my dad is in we had my mothers name added when my dad died so al we had to do was add my mothers date of passing. I still do not know where my mothers remains are located or if they are even at Glen Have. Jose said he and admin were going to pull all the paper work and get this straightened out, which leads me to believe my mom is in a separate. He said he would call me back once they figured everything out. I am not sure how difficult it is to locate someones remains at Glen Haven because it is not that large and I even told them what building my dad was in. I would not recommend Glen Haven to anyone because of the level of service and caring they give you. Someone in another posted they do not care about the family because they were most likely not going to there customer any time soon. My wife and I purchased Niches in a lovely cemetery in Winter Park half the price and no opening or closing fees and no fees for the name plate. I will tell the people in Winter Park treated us like they cared about us unlike Glen Haven

While it was clear Glen Haven would benefit from improved technical/computer services, our family was very pleased with Rustys personal assistance interring my mothers remains. I love her indoor glass niche as it provides a special comfort to memorialize her and share a bit of her legacy.

My grandparents and my father are resting there. There is an ant problem and lack of grass in our area though. I hope they work in it.
