Riverside Club First, it’s a gated 45+ community and I feel safe here. Yes, I live there so I am a little bias. I love living here. I will get rid of the bad first. I hate the politics that go on in here. It takes maintenance a long time to get things done just like anywhere else. They cater to the people who are not full timers and I don’t know why, but other than that I love living here. I wanted to buy a place that was in a more rural place and that I can do anything here. I can fish, golf, boat and go to the bar. The restaurant that has a beautiful view of the river when they trim the bushes, lol. if you get bored here it is your own fault. They have shuffleboard, indoor basketball, bocce ball, tennis and all the other stuff. Too much to list. Our main clubhouse is beautiful. There are pool tables, movie theater, gym, libraries computer room, sauna and lot of poker tables. Don’t tell the wife that she think they play bridge. A beautiful commercial kitchen for you to use when you are having a lot of people for the holidays oh with a huge room to throw your party’s if you want. The pool is fantastic! It’s huge with a nice jacuzzi for relaxing! At the at the other end of property is another beautiful clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, big room for party’s, same as the other clubhouse rec room and a kitchen for your large party. In front of you there is a marina for you boat with great piers and great boat ramp. There is another pool there so if you want cocktail while lounging in a smaller pool with hot tub. It’s great!
