Baby Boy

Extremely horrible service....Dont waste your time with these people. We had were in Miami for few days and had reserved and evening tour. Followed all the instructions the lady told us to do. When we were on the way. they called us and canceled on us...which we had at least 35min before or fly and she became very rude. and didnt want to help us out. I even offered t pay more which was nice out of me because my little brother was really looking forward for this and they still denied to work with me at all. I felt that they lied to and too an advantage of me by taking the deposit up front after that they start to inforce all the rule and terms on me that hey had, instead of being a great company ,.taking responsibility of the mistake they made. This really screwed up our night mainly my little brother...it was his birthday.. not including I had to pay the taxi twice. Going halfway there and going back to hotel. again they didnt care. They got there money and they were happy.. !! but later this evening we end up founding "Miami Plane Tours" they werent just great..they were amazing which I cant say enough. they give us a discount, they took care of us at the last minute and they were closing in 10 min. They stayed after hours and made sure we had a great night. I was completely amazed with there service. Just ask for Andree..and I guarantee you will not regret this place.. I usually dont like to leave bad review but I was completely disappointed how they didnt take responsibility and almost ruined my little brother evening.

Wow!! This is great. We are still smiling! Awesome for several reasons. 1. Best bang for my buck. 2. Great location in Miami. 3. Nice clean facility. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Great Jet Helicopters and cool looking (not those little 3 seat bubble helicopters). 6. Super Pilot and very knowledgeable about Miami, lots on info. 7. Great head phones so we can talk to each other and the pilot. 8. What a view of the beach!! 9. We got to see manatees, dolphin and turtles, my kids loved it! 10. We went on the Grand Miami tour and it was so worth it. 11. Great pics like none of our other friends brought back from there vacations. If your going to do it, do it right! I will bring my family on a helicopter tour in every cool city from now on and Miami we think was awesome !!

WOW F%&$ING AMAZING!!! Have to say anyone ever wanting to fly in a helicopter this is the place. Angel was a really Kool dude who had overheard I wanted to fly upfront n as we were heading to copter said to me ur sitting upfront.. awesome I replied and what a view n treat as I felt as if I were actually flying the copter and had gotten great pix n video of the adventure...only problem was I wasnt explained about rules regarding flight seating weight distribution and how if there wasnt sufficient ppl for a four person flight then other arrangements would b made.. ask questions before u totally book flight . But if ur comfortable with rules DEFINITELY go with this agency as they were very friendly...Mick

Staff is amazingly accommodating and friendly but this is not private. We were stuck with a family whose daughter was obsessed with the pilot and flirted with him the entire time so we got no tour info which was fine but her chatter was annoying. They brought a 2 year old with them that really didnt make the experience special for others. We wanted and thought we paid for something PRIVATE. We should have been advised of such. Disappointed that we could have done it without another group but appreciate the service of the staff. Views are gorgeous.

Had the best time ever!!! the views are incredible and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Miami Helicopter even picked me up from my hotel!!! there is nothing better then seeing Miami from above and the service that they provided from pick up to the drop off was impeccable. I will recommend Miami Helicopter to everyone I know.

The entire experience was amazing. The staff were genuinely friendly and it was easy to see that they enjoyed their work. Our pilot, Seth, pointed out all the landmarks to us and I felt extremely safe with him at the controls. The tour was beautiful. I would highly recommend flying with Miami Helicopter if youre vacationing in Miami.

Very cool helicopter experience to see Miami from the sky. The staff are very professional and polite! Theyre located in Opa-Locka airport and easy to find if you Google Map them. They also offer a shuttle service if youre from outta town. Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend them!

Miami Helicopters was the best price I found and convenient location out of Opa Locka airport with lots a sightseeing options. They ran a good professional operation. I did the ride to Aventura area beaches and the pilot was knowledgeable of things I never knew and Ive lived here a long time.

Miami Helicopter not only offers you a great and safe fly, the staff is very friendly accommodating. The pilots make sure that you are not afraid, they keep talking while the fly and answer any questions, also they point out the different sites. I recommend the 30 min flight

They cheating me and I believe the do it with all costumers !! the trip should go to Hallandale and Golden Beach but instead the pilot goes straight to Sunny Isles avoiding 1/3 of the route !!!! Shame on them !!! Its false advertising !!!!!!!!!!!

Showed up a half an hour before our reservation (1030) only to sit in a hot room for an hour without any real updates as to whats going on with our 11am reservation. 1130 now and still no sight of a helicopter or when we will board.
