I have come to this place before, but the staff that worked on Happy Hour/Wednesday of Ladys night was awful. First of all it took over 20 min to get a server. Second, we order some starters and we waited almost 35 min after ordering. The first server Vianca told us after 9 pm till 11 pm drinks were free for ladies without ever mentioning that free drinks were from the Bar - Something we did not know. After a while some other server under the name of Yajaira came in. We order more drinks, and again not mentioning of free drinks at the Bar. On top of that, this woman Yajaira was really unprofessional serving us with attitude. When requesting the bill, this server charged me despite my argument about the free drinks for Wednesday of Ladys night. My wife then demanded to see the receipt as to why we were being charged, and this woman shrugged her shoulders calling security. We decided to leave to peace the environment, and once outside, I demanded to talk to the manager. He was the only reasonable person in this place by stating that if his servers fail to mention the only-at-the-bar-free drinks, then the bill is null. We left so disappointed with the way we were treated by this server. Definitely - No People, Customer service skills. I have been to other Blue Martini Clubs up north (Orlando, Tampa, etc) and definitely the staff in this location Miami-Kendall area is in need of some serious training. But, hey it is Miami. What else can you expect from the people from here? Be cognizant of this server and the techniques they use to get you to spend your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR A NADIE Para mi eso es el lugar más asqueroso que pueda visitar una persona la experiencia más mala de las que he pasado en mi vida la pase allí los empleados de seguridad de ese lugar no son los indicados para trabajar con el público deberían mandarlos para una escuela para que aprendan a trabajar con público de todo tipo es dolorosos decirlo porque soy cubano pero donde quiera que esta el cubano nada funciona como tiene que ser es una lastima que sea ese lugar tan desagradable para mi y para toda persona que lea este comentario de corazón NO LES RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR si de verdad la quieren pasar bien y estar en buen ambiente ok

I went to this establishment on Saturday night. I was charged $10 to enter at 8:00pm, who does this? Their drinks are $15 each, this is ludicrous, especially since they charge a cover charge. The waitresses are horrible, they barely came around to the tables. We were at this place from 8:00pm until 1:00am and I saw our waitress all of 3 times. The third time, she came with 2 of their goon bouncers to tell us we had to leave because they were giving our table to another party. When we questioned them on this ridiculous practice, we were escorted out. I am guessing that our $300 tab was not enough & that you are not allowed to get upset and question their practice because they will suddenly feel threatened by you, call the cops & have you removed. My advise, DONT go to this place. It is all glitz and glamour on the outside, but it really stinks on the inside.

I had a bad experience with this place. I just ordered two drinks and left it for 5 minutes and then someone took it. I complained to the bartender, the waitress, and the busboy. All of them referred me to each other. Then the bar tender called the manager. The manager came and he said "its not our responsibility to watch over your drinks, and my staff never takes drinks off the table unless they were empty" and then he gave a look of "too bad" wtf?! Such bad customer service. Im the type that never complains unless I have to and I always pay for my OVERPRICED drinks! They just lost a customer. Even if their staff didnt take the drink how hard is it to replace a drink for a customer? Their staff most likely threw away the drink anyway because idk any customer that walks around trying to steal other drinks.

This establishment is a joke, starting with mgmt there. I went on Friday and paid for my tab. When I got home, I realized that the tip amount was modified to inlcude more. I plan to call them and will ask to speak with a manager before reporting this to my credit card company and ruining their reputation. This is disgusting to think that these ppl are out to take advantage of their customers. I would NEVER EVER step foot in this place again. Just spoke with Jennifer, surprisedly she was more professional than the rest of the idoits that work there. Hopefully she gets it right or I will accuse them of fraud. Who does this, modify someones tip amount and get away with it. I am standing by with my attorney if this doesnt get corrected. I will take it from here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! SECURITY GUARDS ARE NOT TRAIN TO EVALUATE WRONG ACTIONS AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS . Security personnel kicked me out of the place and gave me to the POLICE because I walked to the restroom with my "HAND BEHIND MY BACK" and they said that this was not respectful, I didnt touch any one , I didnt push anyone. THIS IS SO STUPID, THEY SHOULD HAVE PROFESSIONALS THERE. I was there only for 15 minutes. IF SOMETHING BOTHER THEM THEY SHOULD GIVE A WARNING AND NOT KICK YOU OUT FOR SOMETHING SO STUPID. I ALMOST END UP IN JAIL ASKING WHY THEY KICK ME OUT, DONT GO TO KENDALL BLUE MARTINI. DONT RISK YOURSELF TO BE IN A UNCONFORMABLE SITUATION WITH SECURITIES THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO EVALUATE AN INAPPROPRIATE ACTION.

I went for the first time this Saturday 5/13/17 for my 2 year anniversary. I was excited to go to blue martini because i always hear the radio promoting it. Saturday nights are love night apparently, and they have a live band out there for 3 hours. Band was really nice and picked good music. If you go on a busy night dont think your going to dance. There is no room and no dance floor. They have small gaps between the tables. The drinks are pricey but strong. Two martinis was enough for me. Service was alright, honestly it gets so crowded that the servers cant even get to you after awhile so go early. My biggest advice to this lounge is to expand!!!

I love this place,it gets crowded but its good crowd,the positive suggestion i would give,It is,lets say,Last Night there was a Stevie B concert,and Hes great,the vibe at the place was awesome,however the audio was the worst ive heard and this is really a big mistake,this needs to b improved ASAP .CMON GUYS HOW COME?,THE BASS WAS SO DEEP U COULDNT HEAR NOTHING BUT A LITTLE BIT OF HIS VOICE.DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY AUDIO ENTHUSIASTS AND TECHNICIANS LIKE ME WOULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB,STEVIE B DESERVES TO B CLEARLY HEARD,THIS KILLED THE MOOD,IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAY MUCH BETTER,ANY BODY READING THIS WAS AT THE CONCERT,ANY COMMENTS TO BACK THIS UP?

Horrible. I called first to ask prices on cover and was told free before 10 pm. I get there and they say that its untill 8. Well it was 8:03 and I was still charged the cover even after I had explained that I had called. Well after entering the place I sat down and no one came to our table for 15 min even after I had flagged someone. Needless to say I and my group (12) where very upset. We will not be going back. Next time we will try the place across from them. And as a matter of fact we did go across to Baru at 12am because the music at martini sucked. Baru was actually much better. No more martini for us
