The new Southbank River Walk is absolutely stunning! You must see it. Great job by all of those involved in the planning and execution. Besides all that, it was done in record time! It’s wide, it’s solid and it will accommodate walkers, runners, dog walkers of just a wonderful stroll by our great river with the City skyline in the background. Big boats and small ones are accommodated with permanent and floating docks. This effort was a home run for our city. WOW!

Hated this riverwalk. Its small tight and it gets at very crowded. Its not very attractive either. I had to give a star for the views but besides that i hated it. I prefer the drive to Tampas riverwalk. Its way bigger and when it gets crowded it has enough space for you still to at least walk. Also dont walk towards the upper part of the riverwalk it looks very shady.

A new cement (was wooden) riverwalk with a view of downtown with colorful lit buildings. The Southbank riverwalk is well lit with the new Daylight LEDs as well as recessed lighting at water taxi passenger waiting areas that change colors. Several hotels, restaurants and condos are along it.

The Southbank Riverwalk has been a favorite outing as far back as I can remember and Ive seen it go through many transformations. There is always something new to see that you didnt notice the times before and its an excellent way to get the family moving and off the couch.

This bright blue bridge is the oldest remaining automobile bridge left in Jacksonville, built in 1941. At night, this illuminated bridge stands against the shining skyline of downtown Jacksonville. Seen from the Riverwalk at Night, illuminates its beauty.

The downtown of Jacksonvil is full of fun - shopping, history, music, food, great view, cruise, etc.... Even the downtown is quite safe. Im sure that everyone would like to visit!

Very beautiful at night when all the lights are on. The blue bridge was my favorite scene. Friendship Fountain was not as awesome as I anticipated but still a lovely stroll.

Much needed renovation, this new landmark in downtown will remind you of how beautiful Jacksonville can be! Hopefully the opposite side will receive the same treatment

Best kept secret in Jacksonville. Quiet and the scenery outstanding. Walked by myself and felt safe. Talked with a tourist staying on the north bank. She loved it.

Downtown Jacksonville is a fun place to be, and the riverwalk is why, you can enjoy a walk, stop for a meal and ride the river taxi. Lots of fun to be had!
