This is a terrific park! I wish I had been able to see more of it at the event, but I really liked what I saw. The greeter at the gate was very helpful in giving us directions to the shelter, starting our event out on a good note. The park is well laid out, and we loved that there were individual parking lots for each of the many shelters. The shelter itself was perfect for our event, with plenty of seating, electricity and a big grilling space. The location is well kept and lovely with the trails and water areas. It was surprisingly clean, considering how many big events must take place there. We really loved the pedal cart that had been rented. It was a hoot for several of us to be able to tour around at the same time, especially once the driver found the brakes, LOL. I hope this becomes the standard locale for our annual DFP, I dont see how it could have been any more well suited.

My daughter loves to pony ride, so I searched online and found that this park advertises that activity. So far, we made 3 intents, and the 3 failed. The lady from the Shop in front of the barn is always on the phone, and does not care visitors questions. She would not put the phone down while taking to you. The 1st two times she told me "Sorry no ponies today, we rented them all for birthday parties"... Seriously.. I saw all the ponies at the stables. The 3rd time, she finally told me the true, "You know, we do not have employees, the park have only 12 employees or less, and we do not want to assist on the ponies". Therefore, parents please be aware of this scam. If you do not want your child to be disappointed, do not take them here. There are some other places like The little farm or Pintos farm with polite and friendly staff.

I worked at the farm for a while, The people there are Friendly and very Helpfull. The animals are good as well, Goats will chase after you when U have food for them, Ducks and Geese are always looking for a bite to eat. Horses/Ponies are perfect for the little kids when they want to know how a they feel to ride and/or touch. Horses like Browny, Sassy, Button, Fancy, etc. are all very nice horses. And Jesabel is the only pig in there, shes 6yrs old and weights about 800p, she will basically eat almost anything, and most of the time shell go behind the Goat feed to sleep for the sun. All the shelters are nice to (1-9) there always good to make parties in them, theres a playground & A bathroom between 3 and 4 (I think) shelter 6 has a good view of a lake and a Field o do other stuff. Anyways it wuz nice to work with all of U. -Zak

This is one of my favorite parks in all of South Florida. Mainly because of its Old Country Village theme, which separates itself from all other Regional parks, South of Palm Beach. The park is a sprawling swath of land sandwiched in between Hialeah, Opa-Locka & Miami Lakes, conveniently located just off of the Gratigny Parkway (also named Marlins Expressway). The park has a wide variety of amenities and attractions, including: a petting zoo, a Country Village, several Playgrounds, countless event pavilions, a Skate park, a Water Sports circuit (for Water Skiing, Wake boarding, Kayaking, Jet Skiing), several lakes for fishing & a great Sports Complex (Baseball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, etc), lots of great open space & lastly, an extensive Nature Trail for the hikers & a separate mountain bike trail...I love this park!!

Worst park ever dont go there unless you want a ticket for parking in public parks. Park officer gave me a parking ticket for parking . She said the parking spot is for sports and she said theres signs that say no parking I went to check and there isnt any signs. The park officer played me a trick I was parked somewhere else first but she told me I wasnt suppose to park there cause it was for sports she pointed where I should park I parked there and I went for a walk I came back and she wrote me a ticket. How she played me a trick was that where she told me to park is supposedly where I wasnt really allowed to park but she told me to park there so she could give me a ticket. The park officer is a black women becareful shes a Crocked park officer. Dont trust her.

parking was bad, they gave me a ticket. the black security lady threatened us to tickets because she didnt like our crowd. it was an event we paid for also. i certainly wont go back to this park you have to pay to park, even considering its not marked, the whole place is a trap to make you get a ticket. SHAME ON DADE COUNTY for this embarrassment of a park. There were fights as well, very overcrowded and dangerous if you ask me, its a shame the people of Hialeah have to contend with fines and cops and security and gangster just to visit a park. its a huge shame. i was gonna do a video for my YouTube channel but after the fines and tickets, screw them/..
