Stayed at this hotel last week, theres nothing wrong w the hotel. It was a fairly priced local owned hotel, very nice. Ate at the restaurant and everything was very good. Came back to stay again, and ordered the same meal I ordered last week (fried shrimp basket) and the shrimp was undercooked. No big deal, life happens right? Called down to let them know I wanted it recooked, and Id come down and pick it up and bring the undercooked shrimp to return. Instead of starting it when I called like I asked, they waited till I returned to get the shrimp from me to inspect it and give me their opinion on whether it was cooked or not. Bar tender comes back out and informs me that the cook said the shrimp was cooked fine and hes not gonna remake the shrimp cause it will be just the same. And told me to pick something else. What? So instead of fresh seafood I got some dry chicken tenders. No ones perfect, but to refuse to recooked something, is just unacceptable.

I came here just to sample their famous bushwhacker mixed drink, which is like a White Russian drugged up like their Olympic teams. It was tasty, and lived up to the hype. The location is great, being right on the bay and having a lot of outdoor seating. The crowd is mostly older local folks. The thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was some pushy local gal chatted us up and said shed get the first round. In a bout of confusion, she started ordering a huge list of drinks for us, her, and her friends, then grabbed the drinks, and left. With the bartender just staring at me, I had no choice but the foot the massive bill. It felt like a scam. It would have helped if the drinks were cheaper, but they were quite expensive.

This makes the third summer we have vacationed in Pensacola and stayed at Paradise. Something is different. Seems like new owners, but dont know for sure. Had to keep moving our vehicle to try to get it closer to our room. People come from all over the neighborhood to the outdoor bar and live music. Didnt like not having my car close by. Also our neighbors were very loud and kept slamming their door and making their car beeper go off over and over! Its locked already !!! Skimpy breakfast, but thats normal. We wont be coming back here next year! I am going to tell them when we leave in the morning.

We hit the beach at least once a week for a night out but for some reason had never been to Paradise Grill. I finally decided to go check it out a few weeks ago. We sat down at the bar and we were purposefully IGNORED. We watch countless others at the bar get served and I even flagged the bartender down, but we were simply ignored. I think they thought we were tourists. Too bad for them as we live in Gulf Breeze and spend tons of money at the beach every week. Skip this place and head over to any of the other great places on the beach - they are pretty much all decent.

Not impressed. Trashy, Dirty, with Rough crowd at times. Located next to Sewage Treatment facility in the parking lot of a cheap motel , so Not the ideal place on the island to eat food. Not the most welcoming business. Fake beach with palm trees and sand, Not impressed with the quality of food or wait service. Takes a long time to get food. Over priced for what it is. Way better places on the island for food, drinks, and music. Somewhat run down, and its a long way from being Paradise.

I go every year. I drive down from ATL with a friend and we stay here and we drink here and we stumble about the dock here. I have never had a bad time and I dont think I shall. Its not luxury but it what it lacks in pretense and superficial amenities it makes up for in honest comforts and a very welcoming atmosphere. I love this place. And if 15 years of returning (since I was 17) doesnt prove it, then...well, youll find something that makes you happy as well.

We wanted to find somewhere outside because our daughter has Downs Syndrome and has a service dog. The sign said Seat yourself and there was no one there to speak with so we seated ourselves. As we are getting ready to sit down, a waitress walks up and begins yelling that they cant have dogs around their food. Did not allow us to say anything. Instead kept saying we had to leave. We didnt argue, but found a nice place down the road who was really friendly.

One of the worst place I have been while in Pensacola! I am out of state and they refused to take my ID because the VERY inexperienced bar tender has "never seen" my ID before. She then had a horrible attitude and wouldnt even serve me because she didnt recognize the state I was from. I am so displeased with this horrible service and "hospitality". If you want to have a good time at the beach, NEVER go here if you are not from FL or Alabma!

Very good food and music! Bartender in Black shirt was hateful and had an attitude the entire time we were there... Then the girl in Blue greeted us and always had a smile on her face!!! It makes a difference! Dont come to work with an attitude as a server, it rubs off on your customers and reflects your Tip!

Possibly the best, very casual, bar and grill right on Pensacola Beach! Excellent food thats not overpriced, and the wait staff was exceptional! You can eat on the beach or inside, which is very open to the outside. Live entertainment was great too. Ill definitely be back. (Was there 7/2014)

National blue acts tour through here regularly. Service staff work theyre ass off and are really nice but a bit overwhelmed at times(slow.) Bar food, so any one who bitches about it is unreasonable. They can go to Grand Marlin for that "special" burger.

Had a nice atmosphere and ambiance looking out to the sound. Band wasnt playing when we went. Service was ok, burger was ok, had shrimp PO boy had better. Drinks were good. Had a long island ice tea and it was made well. No frosted glass for the beer.

Horrible customer service, I understand they were busy but even as a waitress I always made sure I could do anything to keep the customers happy. The waitress stopped by maybe twice in the hour and a half we were there and never got what we asked for

Average food. Dont recommend the burger! Try something local or a specialty. Eat on the sand & dont come hungry because even when its not packed service is slow. Beautiful decor and fun, laid-back experience. Would definitely go again!

Service was absolutely horrible!! We were there for right around 2 hours and saw our waitress a total of 4 times. We had to grab another waitress to ask for our bill, and then that took another 20mins. I do not recommend coming here.

Stayed here last summer. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great atmosphere, really nice view and wonderful entertainment. Free breakfast was not satisfying, we just had water and pop tarts coz theres not a lot of choices.
