Have come here and bought alot many times. When the manager, the young Asian guy, is there, always a good experience. I went in this morning and it was the owners and some Tall Bearded douchey looking guy with classic man bun haircut. I say hello and walk over to their parrot and pick him up and start chatting with him as usual, the bird always gives me kisses, well the tall kid walks over shakes his head says dont do that and then just take him from me as if I was a 4 year old child. He says dont kiss the bird, you might get bit, and I explained this was not the first time, I have been here often. He just takes the bird and walks away. I spoke to the owners and asked if he was new and they say he has been there for 4 years. I said I have never seen him but have been here often and always deal with the manager who treats me great, I didnt appreciate this person treating me like a child. She tries to say oh no he didnt mean it that way he is very nice, and I said really? He never said hello, welcome, no smile, how can I help you sir, nothing but treating me like a child and walking away... Then sat by fish for 10 minutes waiting for assistance. I was ignored. Thats nice? You just lost another good customer!

Went here to look for a small tank instead of buying at pet store. Found a similar tank in their sale section to what we were going to buy at Petsmart. All the items in the clearance section had a white price tag and also a yellow mark down tag. This aquarium only had the white tag so I asked if it was the discounted price and he said yes, and couldnt do any better. We ended up spending almost $200 on a 5 gallon set up. When the next day I looked it up online after I got thinking about it and I found out that the $67 price on that tank was full MSRP and wasnt marked down. Could have ordered it online for $49 w/ free ship. But what is done is done, guess I should have looked it up while I was in the store.

Im a first time salt water fish tank owner, and I cant say enough nice things about the owners and all the staff at Aquariums and reptiles!!!! I was totally clueless on how to start and maintain my new fish tank, and they have Always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and know just how to help me with what I need. Theyre very personal, and I like that they know my name when I come into the store, even though Ive only been going there a short time, it makes you feel important! that they care about their clients! I Highly recommend Them, And I LOVE my salt water tank!! THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!! Emily Noble :)

Me and my girlfriend used to come into this place to get crickets for our bearded dragons well not anymore there reptiles are in such terrible conditions they had baby bearded dragons housed together about 6 of them all missing half there tails they said thats how they got them well when we were watching them one of the dragons was so hungry he started trying to bite the other babies legs off we notified one of the employees and they took the poor guy out put him in a small container and stuck him under a shelf with no lights yall prolly forgot about him you people should be ashamed of yourselves

Despite having an awesome selection for saltwater fish and corals, the customer service is beyond awful. I will never go to this store again, nor the Cape Coral location. Ive never been treated so poorly as a customer from any business ever! They should be ashamed of how they treated me with complete disrespect and arrogance. Luckily there are other stores in the area and they respectfully admitted that many customers end up at their store telling of a horrible experience at this "business".

Waited half a hour to get helped to buy a lobster that died two hours after leaving the store. Didnt even make it into the tank. Lady at the store says no warranty on live stock but thats bs. When I bought the lobster I made a comment about it not moving when I was waiting but it moved when put in bag they said it was fine. Very upset never going there again. Lost a good customer who has made several purchases there well not any more. An will no longer send you the business that I do.

Very uncomfortable when i went in. I understand commission based employees but i dont know how to put it any other way but way to pushy. I was looking at the fish to pick the ones i wanted and the guy was so far up my butt about it he would not let me look at the fish i told him to please give me a few and i will hollar when i need help but i felt like i might as well have spred my cheecks. I left the fish i wanted and bought somewhere else and they were more friendly and cheeper.

Decent selection of corals but other than that they have very little to choose from . They have walls full of tanks but never any fish. Despite the uninviting area the store is in I thought the store might be nice but the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, especially the younger bearded man with the Kim Jong haircut. The employees also had poor knowledge of their products and livestock and they where also very pricey.

Remarkable team. I have two leopard geckos, fish and turtles and the staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Derek has helped me during my previous visits and always knows exactly what Im looking for or what I need for my situation. They are very friendly and will not encourage you to buy extra products you dont need. The animals are also in great condition and health and there is an outstanding selection.

Came in from Dallas this week to visit family, stopped in to check out what florida had to offer. Went to a few places until I found this gem. Was greeted as soon as I hit the door, any questions I had where answered. Awesome prices comparing to what dallas stores have. So long story short, 300 plus later. Coral made it home just fine. Will be going back next time Im down in florida.

My experience at the Fort Myers location was very positive! Three different associates helped helped us on the sales floor(they came and got us, we did not go to them), all of them were very knowledgeable. And the selection of equipment and livestock was exceptional. I cant say anything good about the Cape Coral location. Keep up the good work Fort Myers!

This place made me sick to my stomach tonight. A simple visit to buy a feeder mouse for my snake turned into a heart breaking night. The reptiles they have for sale are in horrible condition. Legal action needs to be taken. The amount of mites both of these very small baby ball pythons had on them was sickening. They will never get my business again.
