7/14/14. I was there as a part of a large group for an event. The room was packed, but the rest of the restaurant wasnt full, at all (so I would especially not have expected such terrible service). There was one server assigned to our room, which had over 30 people in it (which is far too many for one server, apparently), but we waited for over 10 minutes for her to show, so we went to the bar. The bartender was polite enough, but curt and abrupt with us. We drank our beers and sat for almost 10 minutes with empty glasses, trying to get her attention. It appeared that she was chatting with people at the bar, as she was talking, but no service seemed to be taking place. Our event was starting, so I flagged down some man in a red shirt and said I was sorry to bother him, since he wasnt our server, but wed been abandoned and needed refills before we went to our event room. That got our servers attention, as boom, there she was. He didnt apologize or acknowledge the issue, nor did she. 30 minutes later, I went to the bathroom and go into the fist stall. Zero toilet paper in the huge dispenser, and none in the smaller dispenser. Go to stall #2. Same deal. Stall 3, the handicap stall had enough for probably 5 more people, and then that would be out, too. 2pm out of toilet paper in all stalls? How ling had it been since it was checked? Back in the event room, for the next two hours, the theme was painting, and asking where the server was (from multiple people). When she did appear, she didnt do what was asked of her (we asked for a menu 2x, and the woman behind us had to ask for napkins several times). We were going to get a meal each, but since we never got a menu, and it was 30 minutes between server appearances, we just got an appetizer we saw someone else get (lost money, management). There was a common theme, grumbling about the location, and that hopefully there would be a different one, as this location was a real deterrent to attending future events. This would have been a huge money maker, so its confusing that the restaurant would choose to treat these customers so poorly. They certainly made an impression on me- that I wont be back to the restaurant for any reason- event or otherwise.

we got there and I had to go find a server after 15 minutes. Four of us ordered food and it came real fast and we were shocked but after we tasted it we knew why. The sheperds pie was all pre cooked and then microwaved as parts of the pie were very hot and the next bite would be cold sent it back and they actually stuck it back in the micro wave and reserved the same dish. The picture of beer was served in a picture with a ice area in the rear of it so when you poured your beer the water from the ice would pour out with the beer into your cup. Finally the reason we picked this place was to watch the bucs game and they had ALOT of tvs this was great but the game was turned up so loud that we could not talk to the others at the table I am one that reads reviews and this place had a 4 stars and it was barely 2 stars ratings must have been all employees

UPDATED REVIEW: 1/7- went today to give this place a try again after speaking with the manager, and were very glad we did. The service was amazing this time around and the food exceeded expectations. My husband had the corned beef and I had the stout burger.. Im not normally a gravy person, but our server said it was one of the best so gave it a shot.. WOW. We will definitely be back after this experience.. made up for our first encounter above and beyond. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cant rate the food cuz we stood in the entrance waiting for someone.. then wandered around the actual restaurant looking for a worker.. found none. Even the people eating couldnt say where the server was.. they were making comments wondering the same thing. Shouldve been at least one person behind the bar.. taking our business somewhere else..

I work in a bunch of places around Tampa, and usta work around the cornor from OBriens. No longer -- but I still drive down to Brandon to hit the place. The food? Its pretty good. Am I gonna rave about it like its Berns? No, Im not -- its a pub -- and for a pub, the food is damned good. The sliders and mini-corn dogs are great. The staff? 95% are awesome. There are a few folks that are problematic, but the bulk of the wait staff rule (Staci, Anetta, Marianne, etc)... A nice joint, has wireless (most of the time, sometimes its fd up), so you can get your drink on and get a bit of work on as well.. more reasons why I love the place!

Plenty of drug dealers, Brandon low life but, Brandon has not much to offer in this area, food is mediocre at best. Staff in general is okay bartenders move at their own pace "sluggish" they need some new blood in here and move out the "old" gals. Some pretty girls always boost sales and quantity of customers. Thursday karaoke is a joke, along with the guy who runs it, other than that weekends are busy week night are way less busy with the usual drunk people making fools out of themselves. People go here because its too damn scary to go up to Brandon blvd. where the cops are just waiting for you, Uber it people, its worth it.

Came in to watch the Packers vs. Lions game on Sunday afternoon. The place was not packed but there were a fair amount of fans enjoying various games on the many televisions in the bar. They have a decent craft beer menu and quite a few on tap. I ordered the Buffalo Wings XXX Hot and a 10" Pepperoni Pizza. The food was good and what most would expect from a Pub & Grill. The menu also has several other Irish style offerings which I am sure I will return to enjoy. The service was great and my waitress greeted me quickly and kept an eye on me throughout my visit. The prices were very reasonable. I liked the visit overall.

Great food and great service! If youre looking for a fun bar with amazing patio seating, a place you can watch a game, bring your dog, and enjoy great food, then this is the place for you. My husband religiously gets the chicken bombers and the key west shrimp, which I always steal a taste of! The pizza is also amazing! Best dough around! Stop in on Sunday for brunch and try the quiche! One of our favorite spots!! Go there during playoffs for the lightning and wear your fav lightning gear. If they score, you get a FREE shot. Live music is always a plus and they always have great bands! All around great time here!!

we went to the bills backers party, where steelers fans were given reserved seats, even though we arrived 3 hours ahead of the game. Then our seats were stolen and management did absoluetely nothing because their friends were sitting at the table. Terrible management, terrible food and a terrible atmosphere where anyone can just do anything and nothing gets done about it. There are a million other bars to watch the football games, I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings who have great drink and food specials while showing EVER football game!!!!!
