Last season myself and three others which are are senior citizens played white clay creek. Two of the guys I played with are veterans but, not treated as so. The day started great and the course is really nice however, we were constantly pushed by the marshall to pick up the pace. I tell you that we only saw the foursome behind us one time during the 18 holes and they did not wait on us. The marshall would hide in his cart behind trees and spy on us remember I said three of us are senior and there was no sign of respect from the employee that the course hired to maintain pace. I dont know why he kept coming up to us but, he did often. It came to appoint that we started playing awful due to the harassment and trying to rush. When we went in they asked how we enjoyed the course and that is when we let them have it. Their resolution was a free round but we had to pay for the cart when we came back. To me that does not help get back the money we spent to play already. We told them it was a disgrace and to keep their pity. So there you have it a real nice course with beautiful scenery and challenging holes but, you better be quick with your round because you are on the clock. Sorry it took so long to write this review.

To write a review on what has to be the best public golf course in New castle..From the moment u enter the property and are greated by a person who will take ur clubs from ur car to ur already assigned golf cart(teetime)...The pro shop, shear opulence and courtesy..The practice facility..as good as it gets. Hit as many balls as u like on the practice tee They are free and pyrimad stacked for you. Or if you want, chip or pitch to practice greens that are the quality of the ones on the course..Once your on ur GPS guided cart ur greated by a starter at the first tee..then enjoy the course.manicured to perfection..greens are fast but fair, the beverage cart arrives just about every 3rd hole. Apon your completion ur clubs will be cleaned and taken to ur car if u please or after u have dinned or sat at the bar surrounded by brass, granite and mahogony..This place was private, then it was $120 a round. I ve played here 3x via the golf now service for $45 in the afternoon on certain days..Enjoy..

This is the probably the best public course in the area. Everything about he course is immaculate from tee to green. Fairways are lush and very forgiving, greens are soft and pristine. Any handicapper would be happy that they played here. The fairways are wide but require you to control your ball flight if you want to make some birdies. Hands down the best track in the area!

One of the best golf courses Ive ever played. The layout was very creative and challenging. Several blind shots make course knowledge critical to a good round though. The course landscape seemed mature even though its not that old. Everything about the course is a plus. Scenery, staff, condition, all 5 stars. Very reasonable rates during the week.

Beautiful golf course. Very challenging. Staff greets you in the parking lot, escorts your bags.. you get a free ball pyramid at the driving range/chipping area.. hazards come into play a lot & water on most holes. If your a new golfer I wouldnt play this course as its very challenging.

Great challenging course. Youll definitely play better the second time a lot of deceiving shots. Greens are fast and challenging depending on where the flagstick is but fair. Cant wait to play here again.

Been backed up since the 3rd hole. Range officer wants us to play into the group ahead. Nice course, but pretty irresponsible to put pressure in the group behind the slow group to play faster.
