There are no words that can describe the utter and complete satisfaction we experienced having our wedding at Salero. From our first meeting with Dawn through the final moments of our reception, Dawn was the ultimate planner, organizer, partner, supporter and perfect catering/event coordinator!!!!! The venue is the perfect location for your dream beach wedding. The Unobstructed view of the beach and ocean sits on the roof top of the Henlopen Hotel. The room is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The seating and room was perfect for our guests (140). Together, Dawn, my wife and I, developed our personalized menu and Chef Chris and his team executed it all to perfection. The food was amazing! The service was wonderful. Mike the DJ played every song on our pre-planned play list and then some. His out-going personality and the music selections had our friends dancing well into the long night. 100% of our guests traveled to get to our wedding. We were so excited to introduce them to Rehoboth and all its colorful attributes. We love Rehoboth and wanted to make it special. Our only disappointment was the Henlopen Hotel. Dawn has made every effort to update the decor and ambiance of Solero and the Henlopen Hotel has appeared to have done little. I would hate to have Solero negatively impacted by the lack of service, decor, upkeep and facilities in this dated hotel. If your dream is to have a perfect beach wedding experience, you wont find a better venue then the Salero.

We recently had our reception at the Salero on June 12th and it couldnt have been perfect. Working with the Owner Dawn is just such a pleasant experience. She is honest, open and pretty much lets any go that you want. She worked with us on our menu and she is a great coordinator between all of your other wedding venues so that on the day of everything is seamless and perfect. The food is out of this world everything is handmade and prepared with only the best ingredient. I truly recommend the Beef Canapé’s, the Crab and Cheddar Quesadilla, and for dinner the Crab cakes and Prosciutto wrapped chicken is out of this world. The Salero is pretty much a one-stop shop for all your beaching wedding needs. I really can’t say enough about the Salero except that I can’t wait to renew my vows in 20 years because our reception will be there

Awesome wedding experience! My husband and I are both food professionals of over 25 years. We couldnt have chosen a perfect place for out daughters wedding reception. The food was spectacular, friends and family are still raving about it. The service was perfect, Dawn went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The DJ was unbelievable, absolutely perfect wedding venue!!!!! We loved it!!! Couldnt have experienced a more more perfect wedding weekend. Must add Henlopen Hotel is not quite worthy of an establishment as fine as Solero, I would recommend staying elsewhere in Rehobeth, close to Solero.
