WATCH OUT! Fabulous wedding venue, great reception area and the photographer and food vendors were great. Unfortunately the chapel was not set up correctly. We called Maria and Jess to ask what if anything they would do. We were told it was, "Our fault because we didnt check the church. (We called that morning of to see if we needed to come in early; We called Maria and Lindas phone numbers immediately upon realizing the set up was wrong and left messages to that effect, and we sent our day of coordinator to the hall to find someone to help.) The photographers fault (I still dont understand how its his fault). The wedding planners fault (we didnt have one except for the day of, so I asked if they were talking about the person who works for them...no answer), At no time over the past four months did they accept responsibility or apologize. All the photos of the groomsmen and groom and his family are in front of someone elses set up. The bride, her bridesmaids and her family were left scrambling to correct the set up while the photographer waited and people were trying to enter the chapel. It was very upsetting and continues to be not because we had to work while dressed and ready for the wedding, but because of the way we were treated afterwards. So, be forewarned! Double check everything the day of the wedding no matter how much they reassure you that you dont have to worry because theyll take care of everything. This was probable a fluke but the lack of accountability , denial and blame on their part is really not acceptable. Its their business!

They run a top notch event venue and absolutely bend over backward to take care of their brides and other customers. The stunning beauty of Pinecrests natural setting is only superseded by the beauty of its owners. The personal care and attention you will receive at Pinecrest is second to none. My husband and I got married there 14 years ago. Basically everything was taken care of for me by Jess and Maria. I literally only provided them with the music for me to walk down the aisle to and the rest was handled. Weddings should not be stressful. They took the stress out of our special day. The chapel and lodge was amazing! Beautiful setting! Highly recommended!

My sister had her wedding reception here. It captured all the fall colors we love so much in Colorado perfectly. We also stayed in the lodge across the street which was perfect for how busy we were with the wedding it accommodated everyone and made for an easy trip to a bed after all the party!

I loved this venue! It was my dream wedding and they were so helpful. The reception coordinator was wonderful and made sure everything went well. She even brought my husband and I our drinks so that we could sit down for a bit. I absolutely would recommend this place.

Jess and Maria gave us a day we will never forget. It was wonderful, and Nikkis food was to die for. DO NOT get an outside caterer...Nikki offered a far better value and the food was wonderful! Great place to have a wedding, the Chapel and Event Center are beautiful!

Very awesome lodge, open, plenty of rooms and open living space. Far enough away from everything but close enough at the same time. 15min drive and youre in colorado springs or 30min to Castle Rock

Attended a wedding here. Beautiful rustic feel! A couple of things need an upgrade like some worn out areas within the chapel and the bathrooms are a bit dated. Overall, was memorable!
