We attended the Flying Caballos Ranch for a wedding, and it was pretty darn nice. The layout is exceptional for the wedding party and guests, and has nice views. They have a wedding planner on site and she seems very nice and good at her job. When the sun goes down, so does the temperature so bring a sweater or jacket. Parking is close so you can leave them in the car.
