WEDDING VENUE REVIEW: We physically went to over twenty venues before we found Cinnabar. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. They have a gorgeous flower bed surrounding the trellis which didnt need any additional decoration! *MONEY SAVER!* Their food was my biggest concern but they totally nailed it. I was a bit scared after the tasting we did, but on the day of, it was delicious! EVENT COORDINATOR REVIEW: O-M-G, KIM rocks! She was everywhere and anywhere! Not only was she so sweet, nice and funny, she was on the ball and made everything go so smoothly. Baby crying....Kim first on the scene. Running late?? ... Kim calms you down and gets you back on track. Last minute schedule changes...Kim handles it with professional ease. Everyone needs to trust this woman because she has proven herself countless times and she knows her s***! I probably wouldnt have eaten anything if Kim hadnt been so adamant about it too. She took care of us AND the wedding. Couldnt have asked for more! THANK YOU KIM!

This course is known for its three nine hole courses and lots of elevation changes. It has a large grass driving range so practice during your lunch break is possible if your business or meeting is in area. However, because of it relatively remote location little lunch time practice takes place here. If youre a long hitter youll like this course. Its greens are large and fair. It gets lots of play but conditioning and maintenance is good. Youll want to take a cart unless youre use to walking a long, hilly course and theres a bit of a distance from greens to the next tee box. After playing here your next must play course is Pasatiempo in Santa Cruz. The hour drive across HWY 17 to enjoy one of the Top 100 Course in the country, Pasatiempo, is truly a must. Its semi-private so go to their website for reservations and directions. world wide web dot pasatiempo dot com. Pasatiempo is a bargain at $200 when compared to Pebble and Spyglass which it rivals.

although there are a few good looking holes and they seemed to try real hard they blew it. the majority of all holes are repetitive and poorly designed. If you like blind tee shots and blind shots to the green then youll like it, I dont. If you like 90% up hill, down hill or side hill lies, youll like it, I dont. What this looks like is a designers first shot at golf course design. They took what they had and didnt do enough leveling so it looks like the terrain won the battle. I would call this a miss.

This was a mixed bag. The golf course was great, BUT when I go to a course like this, I expect the whole experience to be very good. When we went to the snack bar, the soda machine didnt work. They said I would have to go to the vending machine, so I asked about a cup of ice, and they were out of ice. Oh well, i went to the vending machine, and it was empty of all choices. Hopefully its not always like this.. But once again, the course was in very good shape.

Three distinct nines to choose from, beautiful scenery, excellent weather, hill country views, and great staff. Also, the greens may be fast but they are in great shape and they are true. Do yourself a favor and try it out. Youll be glad you did. Also, excellent early & late twight rates M-TH. Weekends can be a bit pricey. Enjoy! Gregmo D.

Best public course Ive ever played ... Award winning greens keeper! Book online and the price is WELL worth it. Course has many elevation tee boxes to drive from. Greens have always been in great condition and the green is very well kept! I come every year from Washington to play this course and will be back many times. Just GO!

Still one of my favorite golf course, with 3 separate 9 holes, with a mix of challenging and easier holes. Fairways are generally wide. Lots of elevation changes. Not many trees and therefore not much shade on a hot summer day which is a mixed blessing. The restaurant serves wholesome sandwiches and burgers.

The course is fine. Would be a nice round if the fee is $50 range and the green is a little slower... The views are okay, nothing to write home about. Since its up in the hills, its windy and cold. The green sucks. Its a text book example of overdoing it and making it too fast. Dont play there...

I was on a business trip and was lucky to find this course. Unique holes, 3 different nines, , great scenery, nice staff and affordable. Multiple tee options will be a challenge for any player, especially the tips. I am going back to San Jose today and will play again this afternoon.

Id heard a lot of good things about this course and the expectation did not exceed the actual event. The course is beautiful and the staff from pro shop to starter to restaurant was professional and accommodating. I will definitely return.

Challenging, picturesque and a great deal! Greens are typically fast. Helps to have good carry off the tee. A few elevated tee boxes where you can really bomb it.

My favorite golf course in South bay. Every hole is different and memorable. There is also elevation change in Canyon 9 holes. Green rolls true and is challenging.

I think I played golf here once. Actually, I mostly drove the cart, because Im not much into golf. But the course was beautiful, an oasis in South San Jose.

3 Day Blinds

Breathtaking view. Green surroundings is so cool to the eyes. The staff were amazing in keeping it well maintained. Food is also delicious.
