well this place was small and niceI went on a friday night not really sure if everyone will have as much fun as I did. My cousin is in a heavy metal band and tours Europe so he happen to be in town and knew one of the band members playing that night So I headed over there to hang out with him. Martinis were like 9 dollars had apple martinis and pineapple, I was pleasantly surprised that they were purty good. I have had some good one in Vagas these were purty good. Not watered down like in some places I have been. Anyways I there met some of my cousins friend and band memebers. and sat in the back where the pool able was. It was quite crowded. Now the reason I give it a 5 stars is because there wwas a cute young blonde hanging out with her friend and I started winking and flirting with her and dam it just went norht from there. she played pool she brushed up against me we chated I had my knee up her ass when she made a pool shot I could go on and on, it was such a sexual thing going and Im just in s atge of my life where life is good and I do short films and TV series and Illustrations I was so dam confident! but it was a very sexual night so I think there was another girl that eventually joined in and there were like a total of threee I was like hitting it nicely. but I must say I did not know how to close the deal, because all this is just starting to happen to me, amazing things like this. My cousin the band member were like dam what the hell!! I was like I dont know I just know how to work it I guess. Anyways thats why I give this joint a 5 star. But then it was a great night for me. the martinis are 9 bucks, becareful when you open a TAB they make you spend at least 20 dollars. So yes it was a fun very fun.

what a joke. came in last sunday jan 29 with five friends who had never been. first an old woman was drinking at the bar and was clearly over intoxicated. she in fact had a seizure and was taken away nonchalantly. next this guy started dancing with two of the girls in our group. he smelled terrible and he WOULD NOT GO AWAY. i tried to laugh it off and after a few minutes of us staring at him in disgust he left. i turned around.. he had stolen my girls drink.. i went to him and asked for it back and he kept doing a stupid dance. in fact, he was dancing on every guy and trying to kiss every one. i went to the bartender to get my girl another drink and she pretemded like i didnt exist and avoided me. i later learned that this guy is dating the bartender... I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.. BS PLACE

I used to be scared to go in here! It just looked so harsh and edgy from the outside. One day I was walking by and looking for somewhere new to eat lunch and I decided I was gonna go in and see what this place was all about and honestly it was surprising! The ceiling is nice and open to the sky and makes the place really open up once you step inside. I ordered the burger which was OK. Not the worst burger not the best Ive ever had but, the rest of the menu looked pretty good too. Medium prices. Probably gonna pay between 10-15$ a person to eat here but, the waitstaff was friendly and they had some good beer choices and the atmosphere wasnt so bad after all ha ha so I will definitely be back again!!

I walked in and the blonde women bartender asked for my ID as I walked in then grabbed the bouncer he checked it and was nice. I sat at the bar and the same bartender saw me and didnt say anything to me there was a guy behind the bar too that said nothing to me. It was slow. Theres no reason why none of the two could have greeted me or asked if they could get me a drink. I just sat there. Eventually walked out. She was cleaning a wine glass and starring at it. I dont know what happened. Could have been a good experience if someone helped me. Maybe next time Ill get a drink...

So amazing bar amazing staff.. minus the karaoke host.. unless you pay people and bribe them to sing , no matter the rotation $$$$$$= next and they are rude about it, she is rude about it... Bar staff and tenders are amazing security the best but when you demand money from me to sing cause "if you dont someone else will" I think Ill pass Maybe of they paid the rights to.do karaoke, they could afford a host that didnt do this bs... lucky local companys pay to do it the right way.....

Doing a West coast roadtrip we got lucky with great locations and service everywhere weve been until we entered this place... First the bouncer was very rude, taking selfies while we were waiting for our drinks that we finally had to go get ourselves. The food (salad and hummus, very basic) took 30 min to get ready and once again we had to go pick it up ourselves... Anyway, this place is terrible.

Super F*kn AWESOME! wuz in SD 4 the Chargers/Chiefs game and stopped by the beach on our way out of SD... We would have to find the best place to eat on our last day :-( lol BUT we all loved what we ordered and the man behind the grill most def is a Master Chef. I love your Portobello Avocado Burger!! You guys rocked it. plain and simple :-)

Delicious Shrimp Burger, best homemade potato chips Ive ever tasted, great $10 fish dish and beer happy hour special, tunes on the sound system were just right, solid Live shows booked foe a Friday night. Wi be back to try their Mahi tacos (with more chips!)

Been going to this spot now and then for 2 years and its always a cool spot to hang. Wednesday open mic and foid specials throughout the week. Karaoke on Thursday (live band) and Sunday (regular karaoke). Super chill spot to vist while in San Diego. :-)

HATE the parking there cause there isnt any unless you get lucky and find it right in front and of course come early enough that you beat the crowd. LOVE the bands they have put thru! A must go to place in SD, esp if you LOVE the beach scene!

Surprisingly we loved the food here! Im not into bar food but they had a bunch of fish options! The waitress was sweet and attentive and the food that was cooked in a little kitchen with a window next door was stellar, and healthy!

As 91 x use to say a while back, "Where Garnet ends and the fun begins". By far one of the most under valued bars in San Diego. You couldnt ask for a better location, vibes, live music, and drinks. Highly recommend. aloha

Chicago bar by the ocean! What else needs to be said! Great service. Good drinks and food. Only reason not 5 star is because its also a White Sox bar as well as a Cubs bar. How can you be both. F*** the Sox!
