Worst bowling alley ever. We took the kids bowling for christmas they were excited because they havent gone in a long time. After we had paid for two lanes we went to our lane that turnout to be broken. we said said thats alright since they had to moved us to another lane. after a couple of throws the balls would not return for about 3 or so minutes. We paid for 2 hours and had already lost 20min at this point. we went to complain and all they said was give it a minute. We were patient because we knew they were understaffed. but after the balls came back we tried bowling once again but this time the balls took longer to come back. we already lost an hour at this point. so we decided to leave the assistant manager said we can only get our money back for the time we hadnt used we kinda got mad so we tried one last time to bowl but same thing so we went to get outer money back to leave. I havent seen that money back and it has been more than 3 business days. I will never set foot in that place again I do not recommended it. I saw other people complaining about the arcades not working. every time I looked the cashier there was someone complaining....

Though the renovation is nice and somewhat updated. Wasnt happy with the fact that they ran out of so much stuff. I wanted a shake,they were out, wanted a pretzel they were out, even the water they have for everyone to get was out. COME ON! THE staff seems to have this attitude of "I dont care". Quite frankly that is something that will put any patron out immediately. They need new people that will keep there personal problems to themselves and serve the customer to the fullest.

Pleased to find a fairly packed house on a Sunday night. 40 lanes. Nice open atmosphere. Lanes 13 and 14 marked up my ball pretty bad, just rubber, but after my first roll I had to ask to move lanes. The next pair were better but still had some marks on my ball. Nice location next to the highway.

Worst bowling alley I have ever seen. Food on all the tables, stopped serving food because they said " we sent employees on break", seats and and tables have food on it. There is no one cleaning up. Workers are rude. Who manages this place? Hope the owners know they own a sh*thole.

Great place to go especially when they are just opening up. Plenty of empty lanes so Good time for kids. Wish they had specials to offer like Albany bowl. If you get nachos say no salt or else your lips will be burning lol

Nice bowling alley with plenty of lanes and not to crowded for a Friday afternoon in the Summer. Only complaint was it was quite under staffed. Waited a very long time to get a lane, shoes, food, etc.

The people who works here is amazing, I visited this place on a Sunday and it was crowded, there was a line of at 15 complaining people and this guy help us all with a smile and a great attitude.

The bowling was ok. The racial profiling by the management was not. The way they treat their employees is tragic. Plan on filing a grievance on their behalf.

The employees here are great! Steven just rescued a lost dog that came in and ran out on the lanes. His owner is on the way to pick him us as we speak! :D
