My son and his bride were married at Tracy Castle at the end of August 2013. It is easy to look beyond the fake castle exterior with much of the brickwork being veneer, it was supposed to be a fairytale event so pretending was expected. But, the filth and disrepair was disgusting. From the piled up rotting food waiting in the foyer (which we had to haul away), to the stained, dirty carpets both in the main area in even worse upstairs where the wedding party had suites, the facility was filthy. The list of what was wrong is not limited to: Bathrooms without soap, Waiting to take pictures until a prior party’s beer bottles were removed from the main area window sills, Strangers walking through the wedding party area who were not part of the party and had to be asked to leave (they acted like they lived there), Electrical outlets without covers in public areas with kids walking around, A dance room and dance floor, that after dinner, the bridesmaids and groomsmen had to rush to clear a prior party’s trash and decorations enough so that the bride and groom could have their first dance, An interesting scattering of spent bullet shells around the grounds and sidewalks ( adults found a few, but mostly kids kept finding them ). There is more but I’ll close with, if you want memories Tracy Castle will give them to you. If you don’t want them tainted with regret, go somewhere else.

While Bart tries , he falls short. He was not very organized, and forgetful. We asked for A/C to be turned on and were denied. He said bridal suite would have A/C it did not. Instructed DJ to announce people could eat before bride and groom had even entered the reception area then disappeared and not seen the rest of the evening. Saw flies and ants while waiting for wedding to begin indoors. The fountain and cherub fountain need to be cleaned. Gutters over flowing with debris, which was visible as you looked out large windows. No instruction as to where family of wedding party was to sit as so excited for bubble walk. We had know one to guide . I think there needs to be a better wedding team put together to direct and keep things running and to make sure all the brides wishes are followed in the order she wishes and available through out the whole time. After dinner the wait staff came in and was removing used plates, however the took all water glasses off the tables, but left water pitcher . Why they removed all water glasses was baffling since when people are drinking and sweating water is important!

I want to say, thank you Bart and staff at the house. I had the most charming, intimate, and perfect wedding at the mansion. The rooms were great: the service was right on time; and the staff there are our friends now. I waited 48 years before I found myself bound to another mature person......Im glad I went out there to have our small Christian Christian non-mormon ceremony. The over all impression I come away with is that of a mature, confident air, and we even played a civilized game of Texas Hold em at the reception with a professional dealer. The West IS The Best and Tracys Castle is one of the Best in the West. Bart and company think of everything. They did for my service. The staff caters to your North West and wedding needs and desires.

My husband and I got married at Tracy Castle August 2016. This place could be so much more...... The staff were all very very nice but the lack of detail, cleanliness, organization, and communication made our engagement EXTREMELY stressful and the wedding was not much better. Our wedding day was beautiful because of the rental companies we used and our amazing family, friends and my bridesmaids who helped out on our big day when it started out poorly. What really mattered in the end was we were surrounded by love, our families and friends. That being said if we had it to do over we would have picked a different venue.

We are getting married this year on August 27th and just want to post on how incredibly organized and professional Bart is with The Castle. We have yet to do more things like tastings and figuring out the rest of it but for the most part it is all taken care of by them. Bart has been very generous with us and has been nothing but working with us throughout our engagement. We cant wait to see the good things to happen at the castle on our big day.
