This place is pretty amazing! They have a really large collection of wax figures. Some are on permanent exhibit but I think others are rotated regularly. And different locations have different wax figures, so I definitely want to check out the other locations sometime. They are open every day except for Oscar day, although they might be closed to the public sometimes for private events. They have various passes available for different prices, so check out their website for more info. They do say that buying tickets online is cheaper so that would be recommended. There is an underground parking garage you can use, or if you will be spending time at Hollywood/Highland that is a good parking garage to use as well. I came here late last year and had so much fun looking and posing with all the different celebrities--who were waxed as either themselves or one of their iconic movie characters. So many photo ops in this place! The wax figures are all placed in different groups throughout the museum. The first section, "A List Party," features the celebrities that are currently really popular. I think this is the section that Ryan Reynolds is supposed to be in, but unfortunately he wasnt on exhibit when I went. The next section, "Spirit of Hollywood," features classic Hollywood icons such as Charlie Chaplin and Audrey Hepburn. "Westerns" is pretty self-explanatory and of course you can find Clint Eastwood here. "Crime" features characters from The Godfather and Scarface, among others. Then you can sit next to Forrest Gump on the bench in the "Modern Classics" section, or sit in the car from Grease with Danny Zuko. "Making Movies" is where the wax figures of famous directors and other Hollywood legends are located. Then we leave the movies for "Pop Icons" where you can find Elton John and Michael Jackson. The next section is "Sports," where a really weird looking Tony Hawk is suspended in the air. (While some of the wax figures are pretty good, others look really odd.) After that we are back in the film industry for "Action Heroes," where I was excited to find Marvel characters. They even have a 4D cinema experience in this section for Marvel Super Heroes. It was fun, but be warned that you get a little wet! The final sectino is "Behind the Scenes" where you can see how they make the wax figures and you can even get your own wax hand. I had a lot of fun checking this place out and I would recommend it for all Hollywood fans.

We went online to purchase the fast-tract tickets. It stated that you wouldnt have to wait in line, we could go right in. When we arrived, we saw the fast track star on the carpet. We attempted to use that entrance and were told by employee Jouana, that we had to wait in the line.the line was held up so Jouana could take your picture before entrance. I asked about the Fast-tract entrance. She said it didnt matter, we had to stand in line. We told her we didnt want our picture taken. Again she said it didnt matter, we had to wait in line. I asked for a manager and Sandra "Manager on Duty" for the day came out. I explained the problem and she said they make you stand in line so we can hear the information about the museum. I told her that I had been to the one in Las Vegas and knew about the rules. You have to stand in line so they can take your picture so they can attempt to sell you your pictures at the completion of your visit. While we were waiting for Sandra, I noticed that they had lines out front, wound like the lines at Disneyland, 5 cashier stands and one cashier. Our visit was on Sunday 5/26. The Sunday of Memorial day weekend. They had one cashier so the line didnt get to long while waiting for Jouana to take the pictures. It was a very unpleasant experience. Jouana was rude and condescending. She was very unprofessional. I will not return to this location. The front end was inefficient and slow. The thing they say on their website about the Fast-Track tickets is wrong. You still have to wait in line. I suggest that you spend you money elsewhere. I know I will.

I got waxed! And, it was fantastic! The second Madame Tussauds that Ive been to, the other being Vegas, I acted like an attention-loving Kardashian, taking pic after pic with each detailed, well-crafted wax figure. You can touch them, too! Some even have nearby props for embellishment. A few figures dont resemble their real life counterparts much, but most are uncanny doppelgangers. Multiple floors have celebrities of all sorts - pop icons, sports icons, western, old Hollywood, modern classic, superheroes etc. Brad Pitt, Marlon Brando, Wolverine, One Direction, Kobe Bryant, Audrey Hepburn, you name it, theres probably a figure there or in the works. Everyone will find someone they admire. Besides the wax figures, visitors can enjoy the Marvel Superheroes 4D Experience. Think "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" at Disneyland or "Shrek 4D" at Universal Studios. The short animated film is quite fun, with the best part being the unforeseen "spinal tap" with Doc Ock. As a souvenir, visitors can pay to have their hands dipped in wax. Personally, I was content with the multitude pics I took for posteritys sake. Madame Tussauds has their own valet parking, with another option being at the Hollywood & Highland Center. Fun times, great memories - if you havent been to a Madame Tussauds ever in your life, I highly recommend you remedy that situation. For kids & for those looking to act like kids again, Madame Tussauds is an absolute blast & a great way to entertain the family.

NEVER PARK YOUR CAR AT MADAME TUSSAUDS PARKING GARAGE. We visited Madame Tussauds last July and I am still dealing with the lying, cheating people from the parking garage. I purposely parked my new car in the garage even though there was street parking close because I wanted my car protected. My car was brought back to me with a long scratch in the bumper. First they tried to say they didnt do it. Then they said they would check the video. Then I was told there was no video available where they put my car. (The only place in the whole garage that doesnt have video) Then I received a letter from them stating that they checked the video and my car was not damaged there. Now they have stopped all correspondence. I SUGGEST EVERYONE HAVE THE VALET SERVICE SIGN A FORM FROM YOU THAT THEY RECEIVED YOUR CAR IN GOOD CONDITION TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE CRIMINALS. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM.

Die meisten Figuren sind wirklich gut gemacht. Tolles Erlebnis.
