Weve been members here for over 5 years and weve noticed a change in the setting. Its become much more upscale and exclusive. I believe they are starting to require reservations for the main tasting room, and they absolutely require one for the upstairs reserve tasting and the bubble room. So its a little harder for members to just drop by and taste while picking up shipments. They have excellent sparkling wines, so if you like the bubbles, then do a reserve tasting. Its $30 for non-members and $10 for members, but they give you almost a full glass pour for each tasting. They also have a beautiful outdoor setting. I miss when they had a tasting table outdoors, but its now been replaced with a reserve tasting area where you have to order lunch along with your tasting.

Our 1st time to CA Wine Country, after delayed flights & multiple issues finally getting to our destination, we had only 45min to do a tasting before everything closed. Our hotel recommended J and we are so happy they did! Weve visited J Vineyard twice & had amazing experiences both times. We tried the Bubble Room and were blown away at how wonderful the food & sparkling wines tasted. Such high quality & very delicious! We joined the wine club & have never regretted a single purchase. We highly recommend J to anyone & really encourage you to make time for the Bubble Room food pairing experience. You wont regret it either!!!

Bar none, one of the most upscale, beautiful food and wine experiences in Healdsburg, if not Sonoma County. The Bubble Room is a 6-course delicious feast to be experienced, not just observed from the bar (the website says 3 but its really more like 6). They have a new chef who sources all his food from local farms and they have a ton of different wines... over 20. If you dont feel like spending the $$ for the Bubble Room, they also have a reserve tasting which has cheese pairings. Its really a stunning winery and I disagree with the people who says its snobby... I didnt see any of that.

As another reviewer stated, their Pinots are fantastic, and they make a lot of really interesting varietals as well, from Pinotage to Viognier! The tasting room staff are all very friendly and know how to handle a crowd well... (its a popular spot), and if youre into food and wine pairings, the Bubble Room offers a multicourse tasting lunch paired with wines that you cant normally find outside the Winery. My go to for a hot summer day though is either the California Pinot Gris or a bottle of the classic Russian River Chardonnay.

I went this past Friday. Beautiful spot! Beautiful entrance with lush gardens. Arrived just before they opened at 11. We were the first ones to go in but it quickly filled. We had our tasting in the Legacy Room(?). I chose the bubbles option while my boyfriend had the reds flight. They were all great. Skipped on the snack options because we had just eaten breakfast, but the table next to us had very appetizing bites. The service was great and they were very friendly. Will return at some point!

One of the best experiences Ive had in Napa or Sonoma. I love this winery! The tasting room is open and airy. The staff are all extremely interesting, knowledgeable and inviting. Ive been there 5 times and its always a highlight of my trip! I recently tried The Bubble Room. It was a very memorable experience! The food was exquisite and adventurous. The wines were perfectly paired. Ill definitely be back again for the tasting and bubble rooms.

Went to Js Legacy Room last evening for a tasting. It was delicious! We ordered a cheese plate in addition to our wine. I had a mixed selection--2 chardonnays, 2 pinot noirs and a bubbly. When we told them we were enjoying the pinot, they offered some additional wines to try. The service was attentive, informed and we had a delightful experience. Highly recommend.

Best bubbly! We just found this place about a year ago and cant go back there often enough. The brunch/lunch pairing with food upstairs is super good, great to visit with friends and try their different champagnes. Well done.

The wines are mediocre, the staff is inattentive, and the tasting fee is pretty high for what you get. There are a lot of great wineries in this area where you will get much better service and wines.

We visited 2 years ago and love their wines. We were wine club members for a year. Their wines have become more available in my area so we purchase them often. Great winery. Great wines.

Modern tasting room, with interesting sparkling and dessert wines seeming to be a niche of theirs. Service was a bit on the cool side, and they didnt have quite enough staff for the crowd.

Such fun. Did the Legacy tasting and recommend you spend the time and money for it. But the overhead lighting in the bathroom will bring you back to reality if you are over 40.

Snobby and pretentious. Feels like its trying to bring the vibe of overpriced, mediocre Napa wineries to Sonoma. Still, nice grounds and one excellent wine (a pinot).

If you have the time, experience the amazing food and wine pairing in the bubble room. The food pairs perfectly with the wine and neither overshadow the other.
