I HATE TO TRASH AN ESTABLISHMENT, but when the establishment is trash, they leave me no choice. ... There is nothing good about this place. Management sucks. the dealers suck. The wait staff sucks. They cram you in like sardines the games are bad. ... I tried to like this place, as it is close to where I live. But when you are giving people your money and they are talking to you like you have a tail, then they are basically telling you that they dont want you there. ... On top of poor customer service the place also has a shady element to it, and the location sucks.

They renovated. Looks a lot better than before. Whenever i heard the name, i used to associate the word "Dirty with "Palace." Now, its cleaner... looking. They need to renovate the outside. People do judge books by their cover. The outside screams dirty palace casino card room, beware of dirty stinky poor addicted gamblers inside. Its not like that. Mostly Asians in there. They all have money. If you need a quick fix, and have a poker itch, palace is a great place to fulfill that need.

This casino is ghetto. The even the dealers gamble here, there in with corporation. They allow other people who are not even playing to hangs around, beg for money, look at other peoples cards, an then signal other people banking....avoid playing here, an im not writing this cause I lost, I broke even. Its just trashy place.

Last guy was right, I live in hayward and they make u feel like you dont belong there. Dealers are the worst and so many tables theres no room. Sorry didnt stay for the food. Makes reno look great!

no parking, and sometimes there is a little bit of a waiting, but theres really nothing but a little counter, were you can sit and grab a bite to eat. Overall good place to play poker

Great little poker room Ive been coming here for years! Same old crowd for the most part dealers and players. You can talk trash to them and they will troll you back! I love it.

The people who work there are very rude, many time the player win bonus they short paid the player. Specially a girl name Nicloe. Plus no parking to park.
