Beware of out of control Bull Terrier. My Husband was attacked by the dog. Small puncture wound and scratches on his leg. Dog bit down on his arm too but did not puncture skin. Owner was not in control of the animal until she physically pulled the dog away which she was slow to do. She claims the dog is friendly most of the time but gets aggressive sometimes. We left because she wasnt going to. Dog owner was really nasty and defended her dog and her ability to control the dog. We were not going to stick around for an encore. called NPB Animal Control. Someone came out and "observed" the dog. Did not speak to owner, did not ask proof of license or anything. Beware of dog owners who dont have well socialized dogs and are dangerous. Oh, the park is okay. Small. Clean. No dog dish for water, just fountain water stream. NPB could have done a better job. They spent 250K on the Bunny Stonehenge. Nice to walk around the rest of the park tho.

Vinyl Life

This dog park has its good and bad. Overall size bad, design is worse. Parking and access is horrible. But it is clean, new and nice area in Newport Beach. Fake grass is a plus, keeps dogs clean from dirt or mud. Large dog area is good, small dog area seems like a after thought. I would expect Newport Beach to build a great dog park, this is not. I would rather go to the dog beach or Costa Mesas dog park. Overall C+

Always clean. Most of the humans are responsible and keep an eye on their dogs. Easy parking. The small dog park could use more shade.

Very hidden and hard to find. No parking nearby. Quiet and not too many dogs at times.
