I had my wedding this past Saturday at the palms, it was absolutely amazing! Lori was so accommodating and sweet. She helped me through the entire wedding planning process by giving me helpful suggestions and sharing her expert knowledge! She let me meet multiple vendors there, do multiple walk throughs and made sure everything went smooth on the most important day of my life. All her staff was amazing, helpful, respectful & kind. Lori and her husband made sure everything was perfect the day of wedding and that everything I request from the venue was completed. She even personally checked in with me the morning of the wedding to ensure I was doing good and see if I needed any additional help from her. I highly recommend the palms for any event or wedding!!! I wouldnt have changed a thing about my wedding day, the palms made sure everything was perfect!!! Thank you so much Lori and & your staff for doing such an amazing job!!!!!!!!

I got married at the palms in 2008. The service was amazing. I had no problems whats so ever. Four years later my husband and I, married on leap year, came back they welcomed us with open arms. My husband and I ate lunch in the same spot we got married four years prior. FREE OF charge! It was truly the icing on the cake for us. They had the reception area open and heated! We had such a great time reliving our wedding day. I would tell anyone getting married in the Chico area the Palms is the best place to go

From their Website "Contact Us" I inquired about reserving a Date in August 2011? I never received a reply! My fiance did the same, NO REPLY! She called and left a detailed message, when we would like to book, # of guests, and our contact info. AGAIN NO REPLY! The Palms was said to be one of the Premier Wedding Venues in the Chico area... I would recommend one of the many others which truly care about your wedding!

The Palms took my $500.00 deposit, and refused to give it back even though the manager, Lauri Strauss, stated on the phone and in email six different times I would get back my deposit. Please do not book any event at The Palms; they will rip you off and lie.
