This is strictly for the concession stand not the bowling center Ive bowled here since they opened the doors and had never had any issues but we ordered 2 pizzas and a order of cheese fries we get the pizzas and still no fries and ask them if they forgot them and they said no there on there way and literally 15 minutes later we get them and when we do they are cold really dont know what happened the cheese was even cold I was going to question it but the young girl working behind the counter was not friendly at all hopefully just an off night but this is the second time having an issue here and the few times that Ive been to Conway its totally night and day difference between the two really looking into just going to Conway from now on.

Melissa behind the counter was very rude and not very helpful. She also didnt listen to me when I told her (twice) that my friends were on a family pack and charged them full price before the person with the package listed on her phone could come over. Her customer service skills need some work. The others I dealt with were great. The pizza was better than I expected from a bowling alley. Charging for fountain refills is a bit outdated though. All in all, we had fun. Even at full price, it was a pretty good deal. Everything was clean. Well go back, but if the customer service doesnt get better, I doubt we renew our family pack.

This is a great place to bowl, eat and to have a drink. The bowling alley is great for all ages and guaranteed to leave with a great memory. The food always makes me feel like Im eating at a small local restaurant. They have a pizza challenge that requires 3 people and is always fun to take on with your friends. They have a small bar with a small selection, but enough for a great time. I use to travel here every weekend and bowled with a big group of friends.

We enjoyed ourselves. The staff was friendly. You can bowl for 90 minutes for $39 so I took my wife and young son. My son is young enough to still need the rails to keep him from guttering. One side worked, but the other side was stuck. One of the guys that worked there would come pull it up if we went and got him, but it would be stuck again on my sons next turn. Other than that, it was a great way to spend family time on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Hadnt bowled in 18 years due to health problems. Went with my grandson to get him interested and decided I would give it a try. The staff was outstanding. The lanes are phenomenal. The food is excellent especially the pzza and hamburgers. As for the bowling my grandson loved the experience as well as myself. I have since joined a league. Wthout hesitation I can state that this is the best house I have ever bowled in and I have been in many.

My 8 year old son had his birthday party here today. It was wonderful! Our hostess made sure we were well taken care of. She was terrific in spite of the fact that the party was chaotic. The bowling alley was clean and lots of fun. For the price of the party, I feel you get a good value. Thanks for giving my son a wonderful party. We will be back for sure!!!!!!

Very nice bowling alley. They participated in the Kids Bow Free summer program. The staff is generally friendly but not always attentive to the occasional hang-up during play. The food is expensive but no more than other concession style places. Many lanes available most days. Very family friendly even though they have a bar attached that has a nice selection on tap.

I bowled for my high school. We traveled to quite a few bowling alleys across Arkansas and this is the best to be honest. My friends and I would go every Friday night our senior year of high school. This is also where I took the woman who is now my wife for our first date. This is a great place to go and have a wonderful time.

The bowling experience is amplified by a friendly staff and pretty darn good food (for the category of bowling allies)! The lanes are well maintained and the black lights with a variety of music allows you to drift into dreams of "300" scores. But seriously, a place for hours of good, clean fun! - Landru

Extremely horrible customer service from the bowling alley employees. Bartender was amazing!!!! Suggest new front counter employees !!!! Wanted to do one more game 20 min before closing and wasnt allowed to calling with other issues we had with them very rude and stuck up.... .

I have only been bowling there 2 times, great atmosphere, have not tried the food yet, but eventually I will, people running the front desk was really helpful along with the guy in the pro shop, I will be going there again

Our church group was there Tuesday to fellowship and enjoy each others company. We had a great time! The facility was very clean, the staff was courteous and the food was very good. Im sure well return :-)

Good family fun but their pricing could use some work. Ive paid different prices Everytime Ive went in. $30 for me and my 5 year old to play two games on a Wednesday afternoon.

Go with a group and buy the huge pizza. Its like 4 feet wide. I hate bowling, but the shocking girth of that pizza made it worth it. Bowling is fine, just not my thing.

I really like going to this place, it has food,drinks,specials that save you money. The only thing I dont like about it is that I cant find a ball to fit my fingers.

We went with the Kids Bowl Free coupons. I love this place for our bowling and birthday needs. Their 30 inch pizza is GREAT! The whole menu is!
