Movie theater in itself is hard to mess up, but the staff honestly was HORRIBLE! from the ticket girl who didnt allow us to purchase tickets with my Regal Crown points saying "that side of her system is down, but I could recieve a free popcorn upstairs".. Fineeeee Ill pay the inflated 18$ per person.. I go upstairs to even ask about it, and the ONLY helpful person the stub guy overseeing who comes in and out sends me to this SUPER IRRITABLE Manager who seems to be fixing his belt as he came from behind of the closed snack counters.. The manager tells us the popcorn should be on there.. we wait in line although there are three young ladies behind the counter and no one in front of us.. Just for one of the girls to say "Yall can step down" as if it were an option for us OR as if it were clear which terminal out of 15 she was on.. We waited just to be charged an additional twenty dollars for popcorn that taste like any old regaular bag or microwaved popcorn.. the overall experience was horrible, even asking the supervisors for assistance finding the movie was "uhhh uhhh Im not sure". Not happy

We just saw "Captain America" here in 4DX and it was a lot of fun and pure brain candy. I didnt know what to expect from the 4DX experience and was surprised that its not 3D at all but rather like an Epcot ride in that the seats move, rock and shake according to whats happening on the screen. When your protagonist gets hit in the left shoulder or rained upon, so do you. The action sequences are rocky and any gunshots are marked by a little puff of air coming out of the seat back next to your ears. There is a "water off" option but if your neighbor is getting wet, so are you! Overall its really fun and a great experience but Im not sure its something Id do regularly. Between the "wind" and the "rain", youll probably get cold. Bring a jacket no matter what time of year. Gas and smoke "attacks" are marked by smells in the theater so be aware that if youre really sensitive to motion sickness or odd smells, you may not entirely appreciate it! Theatre is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We went on a Thursday night and it wasnt crowded at all. Thankfully

Typically busy midtown multiplex. You expect crowds, youre rarely disappointed. The place, which is spread horizontally across two levels, is filled with a surprising number of theaters. The floors tend to be clean. The staff appear to be attentive. They move fast to clean theaters and herd the crowds along so people are not easily overwhelmed. Concession prices are hyper expensive, which is not surprising. You have stadium seating in rocker style chairs perched at a decent angle where I cannot imagine anyone having trouble viewing the large screens. The sound is deafening, slamming you from all directions including above, and I doubt theres any adjustment possible for people with sensitive ears.

Just saw The Shallows, and it was a surprisingly good movie, but Im not writing to comment about that really, Im writing to comment about this. The screen was at first and still is a tad bit small but as I got absorbed into the movie I completely forgot, so the screen size wasnt a problem or anything, I just noticed is all. The floor I was on had NOBODY at all at the counter for snacks and drinks. However there was a sweets dispenser thing where you choose M&Ms and other sweets and stuff which was okay, a bit over priced, but okay nonetheless. The bathrooms were relatively clean and I went at about 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday and only about six people in total were in my screening, so... cushty!

In my mind, going down to Times Square to see a movie because it was the only theater playing at the time I wanted to see it, on a Saturday night of course, would be insane! Filled with tourists and a maze to get through. Not the case. The lines were short. Convenient vending machines to speed up the process of getting tickets. Plenty of employees for every concession stand so no long lines to get snacks. (still expensive like every big theater though). Spacious and clean theaters as well with good sound proofing (Couldnt hear what was playing in theaters around us). Not a horrible experience at all Id totally go to this theater again!

I have found the staff at this theatre graceful and amazing. On Friday night I lost my wallet with not only money and my credit cards but also my personal belongings. Today I retraced yesterdays steps until I checked in with the theatre who ultimately directed me to Philip at Guest Services. He informed me that the wallet had been found and that they had already tried to reach out to me. Everything was still there. My heartfelt thanks to the crew and especially to the person who found the wallet in the first place and turned it in. This was an extraordinary gesture. Thanks for saving my day, who says there is no integrity in New York?

Shoving 3D more awful gimmicks at us If you want to see Rogue One in IMAX or RPX but dont want to watch the abomination that is 3D, dont bother with this place. 3D is a blight upon the art of cinema and for some reason its popular (I think mostly because crappy theaters like this dont give you the choice). 3D is an objectively worse viewing experience and these people shamelessly push it on us with few other alternatives. Join me in boycotting 3D film tickets and theaters like this that overcharge you for stupid gimmicks that make the experience worse instead of better.

Generally speaking I like this theater. They are currently doing renovations which means less films playing so there is not as much to see, but they are installing the special recliner seats and in the theaters that they have them they now have the rules where you have to pick your seats, which I am not really a fan of, but oh well. Staff is friendly and non intrusive, and when there has been an issue there they always take care of it with free passes if you speak to the manager. Plus Regals rewards point system is so much better than AMCs its not even funny.

I went to see Captain America: Civil War at this location in the 4dx experience it is pricey but it is worth it. The seats move, there is artificial smoke, and it was drizzling in the theatre. Ladies please bring a hat. The staff were pleasant. I enjoyed going to this movie theatre. The only cons were the overpriced snacks and the movie starting 30 mins late due to tech difficulties. There were no refunds, no apologies, no nothing. Just an inconvenience. In conclusion I will definitely be returning for the 4dx experience.

The only reason Im giving this movie theater 3 stars is becuz the lack of movies. I dont even know how they are surviving with a lack of movie variety to choose from. The AMC directly across the street has all the popular movie ppl want to see. Their are some things that is good about this theater. Its definitely clean and lots of seats to choose from. Never crowded and almost no lines to stand on. Overall its. Ot a bad theater, just never have the popular movies ppl really want to watch.
