I purchased a GolfNow Deal Caddy offer awhile ago for a foursome on the Presidential course. The offer had since expired, so I called Tuesday to ask what their policy would be for a Saturday round in October. The gentleman answering the phone told me that they would honor the offer provided I played after 11:00AM because it was October, and they were off-season. I brought 3 friends, and when I arrived, they told me it would cost me an additional $25/man to tee off. I explained my previous call, and how I would have easily used this offer later in the afternoon (or not at all) to no avail. Needless to say I was beyond embarrassed in front of the 3 friends I invited BECAUSE of this deal. The 3 staff, lets call them "Moe, Larry, and Curly" finally agreed to only charge me an extra $12/man... which I put entirely on my Visa. Ive been in the golf industry for 20 years, and I dont ever remember dealing with this kind of situation. The course was very average, but I was too irritated to notice. The four of us will never be back, and since I play a lot of golf, a lot of people will be hearing this one. Unreal how hiring miserable people can ruin what should have been a nice day.

This course is a bit below average to me. They have two courses, The Ambassador and the Presidential, and I play the cheaper Ambassador. I have played this course about 10 times now, and every time I leave dissatisfied. It seems that because they were trying to fit two courses onto their land, the jammed some holes in where they shouldnt be. I am not a great golfer by any stretch of the imagination, but this course is also very challenging. Ive never seen more trees on a course than this one, and I have played a lot of courses. There is a stretch of about 8 holes from around 7 to 15 where every shot you hit is either fairway/green, or trees. There is absolutely no rough to work with, due to what I believe was the attempt to fit in two courses. I will say however that the course was rather scenic(probably due to the 10 million trees), and wasnt unkept or anything. So as far as a recommendation goes, if you arent a 10-15 handicap or better, there are much better courses in the area that wont frustrate you in the way that this place has for me over the years.

Two nice courses, with the Presidential being favorite for regulars, so expect a bit more traffic over there. From tees to greens the course is well maintained for a 36 hole public course. The outside crew was always nice, especially Rich who is one of the nicer gentlemen I have encountered. The beverage girls are sweethearts and the halfway house is a bonus. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a gorgeous day out on the course.

Both sides are 18 holes and very well worth the price. I myself like the Presidential for its challenging fairways and numerous traps, where as the other side is great for beginners to avid players. Staff is really friendly and the Greens Keepers do a great job. There is a Halfway House along with the Pro Shop that has great food, beer and snacks. Definitely one of the better kept courses in the area!

We really like the Ambassador course. We can usually get reasonable rates at some time of the day. And course is in decent shape for August.

The course was in great shape for late August. The tee boxes were clean and even. The staff was remarkable. Most notably, Tyler.

It was a little slow because of the number of golfers, but the course is in very good condition and is somewhat challenging.
