We went there last night to take my 5 year old for his first bowling ever. He had been practising on the WII and was terribly excited to do it for real! We got there at 8:45 and we were told the lanes will open at 9:00 for $1 a game after the league players were done and had cleared the bowling lanes. The lady who gave us the tickets was unfriendly and sharp...like a lecturing school teacher, telling me like 10 times that I could not go anywhere near the lanes while th league players were playing....I told her I heard her and understood! Finally at 9:30 we were told the lane was ready for us. But the computer screen at our table didnt work to setup the players. I complained to her, and she said she would send somone. I waited 10 mins. No one came. Kids were already getting cranky. I went to another guy for help and asked him to come with me. He took a look and said the computer would need to be rebooted and said he will send someone asap. No one came. After another few mins I went to see him and he refered me to the manager who finally sent someone who started to reboot the lane. He tried and tried and couldnt get it to work. It was about 9:50 now. The manager asked if we would like to move to another lane---geez we had asked for this earlier but were told to stay put. We were moved to a new lane and here we go again, the computer was frozen and again, I couldnt setup the names. Again I went back to the desk and they send somenoe again...reboot ....restart. Now it is 10:00. I start to setup the names and see it does not give me an option to bring up the bumpers for my kids. I asked the guy and he said the lane was not configured to have bumpers down for some players and not for others, so we would ALL have to play with bumpers on, me and my wife too. Whatt??? Weird. I went to the desk and complained to the Manager what nonsense is this. She said she cant believe the guy said what he said to us. I said I want a full refund and I want out. She refunded. She had no courtesy to make it up to us and say give us a complimentary bowling pass for next time, not that we would have come! But it just shows how screwed up these folks are. The worst was that we left at 10:15 PM without ever getting to bowl and my 5 yr old boy inconsolable....he wanted to go elsewhere to bowl but his little sister was now asleep and it was too late. Thanks Brunswick for ruining our evening!

Terrible experience I won a free bowling voucher for up to 10 ppl for two hr at a beef n beer. I took my family..i went to the front desk told the lady i had a reservation she looked like they never had reservations before n didnt no what to do so she asked us for shoe sizes by the third person she yelled n pushed us to the side n asked for the next ppl in line without finishing us. A man the asked me 15 times the name on the reservation and told us to wait for our host we waited an extra 20 minutes n was eventually showin our spot with our time already rolling losing a half hr we had to rush to put names in the board. The whole time while bowling the balls would get stuck and not come back up ..the same with the pins..could never find anyone to help..constantly losing out on time..when one person finished the turn the computer wouldnt go to the nxt person..me n my fiance went to the bar to order two drinks the bartender had jus finished with someone else n was ringing up her one order taking his good ol time while making eye contact with us no ill b right with u no one moment plz nothing then coworkers come ovr and talk to him as we have been waiting very patiently for close to 10 minutes..we walked off. We only got to play on game n left. I will never go back or recommended this place.

Omg this is by far the worst place I have EVER booked a party at if I can give it no stars I would but I cant.! I payed over 500$ for them to take care of everything but at the end I was running around just as much as the people who where attending are event I had about 15 kids to take care of from bowling I rite away asked make sure to have a bucket or something for the shoes I got told no its my job to carry them??? To running to do laser tag n getting told to take off there bowling shoes witch was taken time from what Im paying for! Completely not cool to the arcade section as well I was told I had more people then what I invited i asked how o bc she gave arcade cards out already I said excuse me arent u suppose to run that by me how was I suppose to know if those kids where even part of my party? They where just a horrible mess NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY KIDS THERE I have booked partys in skyzone, chukiecheese, ultrazone, Bounce u and I have never stressed as much Im paying so much money so I dont have to worry about anything that is there job to do! But first and last time. Craziest part is the manger was a ware of this disorganized party and she didnt do anything about it besides saying sorry and of course make sure to pay in complete.

Awful experience, went this past weekend with a group of 8 people. When we got there we asked about ordering food and drinks the woman working said the servers just got in and would be shortly, we said ok. 45 minutes later no server had came to our line so we got up and went to the bar and got our own drinks. I then asked the bartender if we could order food at the bar and she said no that we had to hit the service button on our screen at our lane. Frustrated at this point because no one had told us that we went back to our line and hit the button. 30 minutes pass by and no one comes so we hit the button again we wait another 40 minutes and we are finally done our games and a server comes to take our order. The place wasnt even busy and we saw servers going to every other lane but ours. We will never be coming back here and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never do business here again. You should be totally embarrassed on how you run business, if I could give you guys zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go spend your money somewhere else! This place sucks.

Vince is great! Hes always walking around helping bowlers improve. The reason I give this place one star is because the most of the staff at the desk are RUDE. For the price of games and shoes, the staff at the center could at least be friendly. The only staff at the center desk that has been consistently friendly is Cassy. There was one time that I believe it was the manager who was at the desk and she gave us an attitude. The waiters are friendly, but the last time we were there, we had to wait 45 minutes for our order and they forgot our drinks. When there are disruptions, they are usually quick to fix it, but when its busy, they take quite a while. But thats understandable if theyre busy. If the staff was friendlier, this place would receive more stars. They need to cut the attitude.
